The Space:
This three-bedroom ranch sleeps eight guests comfortably. Walk into the main living room and dining area to find comfortable seating and newly upgraded table settings. Continue down the hallway where you will find the first bedroom with a Queen size bed. The next room is decorated comfortably with a queen-size bed and ample space to store luggage. At the end of the hall, guests will find the Master Bedroom which has both a King and Queen size bed and en suite bathroom. Another full bathroom is available and easily accessible to all guests. Clean your adventure gear in the conveniently provided washer and dryer station. The garage has parking for two cars and the driveway has parking for four.

Located less than an hour from Sequoia National Park and the Sierra National Forest, this perfect retreat is a great home base for friends and family to start their adventure. Explore the majestic Giant Sequoia Trees or trek in the mountain scenery and beautiful lakes, the Country Living Retreat offers easy access to every Nature lover’s dream.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. This home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

• Long-term stays are available in this home. Long-term stays, greater than 28-days, require a security deposit and a utility deposit. The security and utility deposit amounts are based on the length of stay.

Other Things to Note:
If you are bringing a pet - the pet fee is not included in this total price. An additional pet fee will be applied after booking is complete. A maximum of 2 pets can be brought to the unit. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us. To avoid fines please make sure your pet is on a leash and you pick up after your pet.
