Unglaubliches Anwesen mit einer Garage / Gästezimmer. Das Haupthaus verfügt über fünf Schlafzimmer mit drei Bädern, eine geräumige Küche, zwei Esszimmer und zwei Familienzimmer.

Drei Master-Cal-King-Schlafzimmer, von denen zwei en-Suiten haben. Zwei Kinderzimmer mit überfüllten Etagenbetten und einem gemeinsamen Badezimmer auf dem Flur. Die Badezimmer sind mit Marmor-Arbeitsplatten, hochgezogenen Schränken und Travertin / Marmorfliesen-Inlays in den Duschen individuell gestaltet. Alle Schlafzimmer sind mit Teppichboden, Travertin und Hartholz in den öffentlichen Bereichen ausgestattet.

Große, offene Konzeptküche mit Ess- und Familienzimmer. Eine geräumige Küche bietet viel Platz zum Vorbereiten und Kochen auf Granitplatten. Neue, maßgeschneiderte Schränke mit Travertinfliesen und Bodenbelag. Edelstahlgeräte (Herd, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Geschirrspüler und Kühlschrank). Full-Size-Waschmaschine und Trockner befindet sich neben der Küche

Garage / Gästehaus befindet sich neben der Küche. Spielzimmer in der Garage mit Stiga Tischtennis und Billard. Kinderwagen, Hochstühle, Kinderspiele und Sitzerhöhungen für Ihre Säuglinge und Kleinkinder. Queen-Size-Luftmatratze im Haus. Gästezimmer neben der Garage mit Cal-King-Schlafzimmer und eigenem Bad. Hit with the kids!
The property, house & back yard are very pristine & well taken care of. We did experience some ants in the back yard but other than that kids loved the pool, it was a hit & adults loved the Jacuzzi. Although after many rentals this was our first with an actual rental company & rules are a little stern. We did not like the alarms that sounded within 5 seconds of opening the door & was very loud. Also the stipulation on not being able to exit home after 10pm. That was uneasy request, we felt uncomfortable as if it was a major violation & it is according to notes & fines! We have never seen that before, I would definitely read ALL rules before booking otherwise great property!

The ad made it seem as though the Garage/Game room along with the information in the Guidebook that it was part of the rental. But was told upon arrival and we were not able to access it that it was not part of the rental. Also, for 20 people to be staying it need to be a little more supplied with Toilet paper/paper towels/etc.

Great place to stay
The home needs a little updating but is definitely a beautiful place to stay. The backyard and pool is amazing and so worth it. A couple minor things came up during our day, but management was on top of it and took great care of us. Would book again!

We enjoyed our time as a family vacationing and loved our time in the pool. The home itself is in need of some updating. Bedrooms/carpet look like they need a good deep cleaning. Bathrooms looks like they are needing some refresh on paint. The kitchen is poorly stocked with pots and pans as well as knives that are very old. It made it difficult to prepare meals. It would be nice to do a refresh of proper kitchen items and provide some basic seasonings/oils. The master bedroom sheets had holes in them. I would just expect that when paying top dollar for a home we are being provided with that. Whoever the point of contact person was didn’t respond to questions very timely. It’s a nice home but in need of some TLC.

Wonderful wedding weekend
We stayed in this beautiful home for the weekend wedding of our son. The check-in process and communication with the host was outstanding. The backyard pool and hot tub area was amazing and we spent lots of family time enjoying the space. Our only recommendation is that there’s a larger assortment of glassware and cutting boards. We would absolutely rent this home again.

Great family reunion home.
this home was perfect for our California family reunion. It had plenty of space for everyone to have privacy and spread out. The common areas were huge and beautifully decorated. The pool and the hot tub just make it like a retreat. We would definitely consider staying in this location again. Should we ever find ourselves in Anaheim/Fullerton California.

Nice place, lots of rules
The house was a nice space and the pool are was phenomenal. Communication was awesome. The cleanliness was a 3 out of 5 for sure. There are SO many rules and you can’t be outside in the game room or pool area after 10pm or before 9am. The air mattress would not hold air and there was no pump for the ones that weren’t built in. It felt like it was a great home but a large lack of maintenance around the property. The faucets were all loose and mineral deposits all over, beeping fire alarms we had to pull batteries out of, had to call for a new coffee pot bc the one there would not make coffee, water filter was needing replaced in the fridge. There were only 12 towels and 11 people staying for five days. We had to do quite a bit of laundry to keep up with needing towels. I would recommend staying, it great for a large family but if it were cleaned and maintained better it could quickly go from a 3 star property to a 5 star.

Amazing home very close to Disney
Stayed at this beautiful home with a group of 9 adults. The pool and hot tub was definitely the best part of this home! Took advantage of the grill and had a blast on our arrival day for our Disney trip weekend. Our drive to Disney was a 5 minute drive via Uber or Lyft which was another plus! Would definitely come back and recommend!! Thank you!

LaDonna was an amazing person and was generous the entire time and well with communicating upon booking the stay. Once booked, there are multiple people you will be in contact with regarding whatever you need. The house is huge, comfortable, and the backyard is a hit. The home is extremely strict when it comes to the rules and it’s unfortunate that after 10pm you are no longer allowed outside whatsoever so it sucked having a “curfew” as adults, especially when paying so much for the home, however that is a code in the city of Fullerton I believe and out of there control??? The worse part about the stay and the home is it is covered with insects. It says an exterminator comes twice a week but there is no way! This must be a huge problem because in the HUGE rule book you get, it says if an exterminator is called for “bed bugs” and they don’t find any, you will be charged for it! We originally thought it was bed bugs because my fiancée was covered in bites but we now believe it could have been mesquito bites but also maybe spiders? We probably killed over 20 spiders during our stay and even found a spiders nest with eggs in the closet. I sent all these pictures to there team and nobody responded. My fiancée had over 10 bites along with 6 other members in the house. This was a huge problem because we had kids staying there also. The insect issue at this home needs to be fixed.

Awesome home for large group of people
Stayed for a week with 20 people for a baseball tournament. House is big enough that we never felt crowded, multiple areas for gatherings and sits off the street for some privacy. Backyard, pool and spa were great. Spa was actually at a great temperature we had to turn it off a few times to cool down, but would rather do that then have a cold “hot tub”. Speaking with management was easy and very responsive. Loved the keyless entry, was able to go straight to the property which was great being that I was coming off a 6hr drive. Only minor thing was the sliding doors to the backyard I think are on a timer and don’t unlock till 10am, so I we weren’t able to sit outside with our coffee before the boys all woke up lol. Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious kitchen and lovely backyard
This was perfect for a large group. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was really large for multiple cooks and plenty of places to eat together. The backyard is private and absolutely gorgeous. Theme parks are close. The beach was about 40 minute drive. The neighborhood was nice enough. The house across the street had some sort of construction noise going on at 6am but other than that it was peaceful. The jacuzzi was not warm when we arrived but was promptly fixed for us. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The house and property was well maintained and clean. The communication and posted instructions about the rules throughout the house was helpful. The pool and hot tub were relaxing and nice to be in, the neighborhood was calm and quiet for the most part. Some neighbors did have noise and fireworks going off around midnight
