The property is bordered by a departmental road, with traffic at certain times of the day.

However, it's important to note that some outside areas are aging: the terraces around the house have not yet been renovated, but are still perfectly usable. In addition, due to the clay soil, the house has a few visible cracks in the walls, but these are not structurally dangerous. The pool terrace and liner are also showing signs of age, without detracting from your comfort or experience.
