„My husband and I spent three nights at the house while we completed in a sporting event. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable. „The family and I were in town for the Georgia baseball weekend and well, that was ugly. And I’m not talking about certain fans behavior. On the bright side, the property manager Carlos was accommodating and a breeze to work with. Thank you! „What a perfect perfect place!! Cute, quaint, perfectly appointed! AND coffee!! We just love our little bungalow. After being kicked out of our previous rental a day early(hmm I thought March had 31 days) Marlon was kind enough and had availability a day early! Bless his heart! Mini golf was a hoot!! „My daughter had surgery so we needed a place to stay from Iowa. We wanted a pool and hot tub. Beautiful place, well kept and guest conscious. We were a bit confused about the pool/hot tub heating but didn’t take away from our schedule. Such a big house I would have liked a broom to clean up any messes. I would absolutely stay again!! Thank you for accommodating out additional day. “

„Lovely property close to museums and restaurants (we only drove, did not walk anywhere). Super clean and they have thought of everything from the diffuser to the sound machine to make your stay nicer. Beds sleep amazing with the softest sheets!! Plenty of linens and full kitchen. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful furnishings and plenty of space. If you want donuts from across the street, get there early as they sell out and are only open weekends. Will stay here again!“

„This is a 2 bedroom, loft near Spurriers. It is a great location in a quiet area right off of I-75. It is pet friendly with a gated patio. 2 parking spaces. Super clean and modern. 2nd bedroom upstairs is a loft , wich is cozy but not private. It has 2 bathrooms and stocked with supplies. Washer and dryer. „This is the perfect place to stay for 2-4 people when visiting Gainesville. The Peach House is in an older neighborhood, but it’s very clean and modern - and in walking distance to downtown (about a mile). Communication with the host was excellent. We’ll definitely stay here again! “

Terrific back patio with table and six chairs – we ate breakfast lunch dinner outside every day.The house was clean, except for the floors which need a good scrubbing. I would suggest some new items in the kitchen like the pots and pans and cooking utensils. Dining room chairs are quite wobbly.Outdoor lighting by the parking pad would be helpful.Overall, it was a good place to stay in a convenient location.“
