„Todo un 10/10 ,fue una experiencia increíble , me encantó la privacidad pero que a la misma vez sabes que el staff está ahí para lo que necesites. Un lugar hermoso , tranquilo, romántico. Todo lo que necesitas para una escapada de la ciudad ❤️“

„The first room was dirty. Stains on the bedsheet and a curly hair. Bad smell in the room. We had to change the room. Room was closed to the elevator and it was very loud.
In the breakfast area three tables in a row were not clean. It was dirty on the floor. Nobody real cared about that from service. There was only on staff member for breakfast, not enough.“

Personal ist leider nicht qualiziert und nicht im geringsten kundenfreundlich: Check-in dauerte wegen eines Abrechnungsproblems mit Expedia mehr als 90 Minuten; Zimmer wurde in dieser Zeit trotz Vorauszahlung nicht gewährt; keinerlei Entgegenkommen des unerfahrenen Personals am Frontdesk. Frühstück ist à la Carte und überteuert, wenn nicht "inklusive". “

„The stuff was super friendly and helpful even though they had their hands full because of the IT issue everyone affected in the middle of July. But the rooms definitely need an update. The bathroom didn’t look nice at all (rusty and all used up) and the carpet felt old and sticky. They also had a microwave in the lobby which needs a deep clean. “
