Perfect for viewing Holiday parades in Galena! Street Parking can be difficult so walking will be required.

Nice place, had its flaws
This was our first stay at this VRBO, and overall, it was quite nice. However, the unit had a noticeable smell of marijuana that permeated from outside the door. While the amenities were good, we were disappointed to find old food and some garbage left in the refrigerator upon arrival. Additionally, the bedroom had a queen-size bed, but the space could easily accommodate a king-size bed. Despite these issues, I would recommend this place to others, though we are unsure if we will return.

Great Getaway!
We had a great time staying here for a romantic getaway weekend. Apartment was very clean and a fun place to stay. It is right in the heart of downtown Galena a perfect location to enjoy shopping, fine dining, and beautiful historic architecture. Street Parking was a struggle, as there is no designated parking. The WiFi was very slow and spotty, so be prepared to unplug (mostly) when you visit. Great place to spend the weekend! Would highly recommend!

Very convenient location! When you’re in the Airbnb you forget you are downtown. Close to everything yet far from it all! Everything we needed was available to us. The location couldn't have been more perfect – right on Main Street, surrounded by a plethora of charming shops and delectable dining options. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by an impeccably clean and inviting space that exuded warmth and coziness. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings made us feel right at home, and we knew we were in for a special stay. The suite was not just a place to stay; it was an experience. We spent our days exploring the picturesque streets of Galena, and our evenings were spent in the comfort of our suite. The cozy atmosphere made it the perfect retreat after a day of adventures. We enjoyed our time spent in Galena. The apartment location was perfect for shopping and dining downtown. Please note there are a lot of stairs to climb at this location, hauling luggage up and down was a bit tiring. We enjoyed a lovely dinner at the Goldmoor Inn outside of town.

Perfect location on Main Street!
This gorgeous and very spacious top floor apartment was the absolute perfect location overlooking Main Street and the famous Log Cabin restaurant. The unit is so cute and cozy with a huge entertainers kitchen and large bedroom and bathroom! We absolutely LOVED our stay!
