BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS: This beautiful home boasts 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms with a bonus room in the basement. The master bedroom and two guest bedrooms are located upstairs. The master features a rustic king size bed and ensuite bath with a private shower and bathtub. The first bedroom offers a queen size bed, while the other provides two twin size beds sharing a full bathroom off the hallway. Additionally, the lower level offers a private room with a king size bed and a sleeper sofa. There is a bathroom on the lower level with a walk-in shower. The half bathroom is located on the main level of the kitchen.

KITCHEN AND DINING: The modern western kitchen is perfect for foodies, with stainless steel appliances, island cooktop, and ample room for family meals. The island bar counter seats 2 and the dining table comfortably accommodates 8 guests. Enjoy outdoor meals on the deck complete with seating and a gas BBQ grill.

LIVING AREA: Relax in the living area with a stone fireplace, plush leather couch, and coffee table. The large windows provide incredible views, and there is access to the deck off the living room.
