Location: Centrally located on Galveston Island, just 5 minutes from the Historic Strand and cruise terminals.

Beach Access: Less than a 7 minute drive from the beaches at the Seawall.

Private Pool: This home features an above-ground pool that is 4.5ft deep with a spacious deck for lounging.

Rent BeachBox: Looking for beach gear for your Galveston getaway? We have you covered! Beach chairs and tents can be ready at the house upon your arrival. Message us for details and rates.

WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.

Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.

Pet Policy: Up to 3 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend!

Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 14 guests must be approved prior to booking.

Parking: There is room for 1 car on the street, plus 2 more in back of the home. Any vehicles blocking or parking in neighbors' driveways will be towed at owners expense.

Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

Sunshine bathes the inviting living room, where a comfy sectional sofa waits for movie nights. The space seamlessly flows into the well-equipped eat-in kitchen, perfect for whipping up meals together. Continuing off the kitchen is a convenient laundry area and a primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom completing the first floor..

Head upstairs to discover three bedrooms offering flexible sleeping arrangements. The front room boasts two queen beds, ideal for families or friends traveling together. Down the hall, a king-sized bedroom provides a tranquil escape, followed by a full bathroom. The back room caters to larger groups with a queen bed and two sets of bunk beds.

Travel back downstairs and step outside to your own private backyard paradise! Take a refreshing dip in the sparkling pool surrounded by a spacious deck. Enjoy al fresco dining at the dedicated table, or simply relax on the lounge chairs with a good book. As the day winds down, gather around the inviting fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars. With ample parking behind the deck, Broadway Lodge II offers everything you need for a perfect Galveston getaway!

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 14 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- Parking: There is room for 1 car on the street, plus 2 more in back of the home. Any vehicles blocking or parking in neighbors' driveways will be towed at owners expense.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner's routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.

Galveston trip 2025!
We had a wonderful experience. Easy getting in, and settling in was a slice of pie since the house was so well organized. We took full advatange of location to go to beach, and enjoyed the pool on deck. Was able to have our family fluffs with us and so that made the trip complete. Washer and Dryer I'm pretty sure made the trip a success as we didn't have to travel back home w/ icky clothes. We will be back!! hopefully soon.

Exactly what we needed
Seven of us just came off a cruise, and the host was accommodating with letting us check in which we very much appreciated with all of our luggage. The house was definitely big enough for all of us. The house was located close to a grocery store and a gas station which helps since we didn’t have a vehicle. The back deck was nice to sit out on. Unfortunately, the front deck was a little loud because it sits on a main road. It’s definitely an older home, so the creak quite loudly. It definitely needs some TLC other than another coat of paint. It looks like they are in the process of slowly upgrading as the appliances were new in the kitchen and the master bedroom was gorgeous. I would definitely rent this place again if I were to ever be back in Galveston.

Overall we enjoyed our quick overnight stay prior to boarding a cruise. We were a family of 11 and the property accommodated everyone perfectly. The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is because the floors were absolutely filthy in every room except for the bathrooms. The rugs in living room and bedrooms had not seen a vacuum in quite some time. There were crumbs under the table and counters and dirt and debris in corners throughout the living room. I brought the floors up to the property manager. I was asked to send pictures and then never received any other communication. This property is very strict regarding check in and check out times and they say that’s so the cleaners have plenty of time. I can appreciate that but was definitely disappointed with the cleaning standard of the floors. Bathrooms and beds met our clean standards but the cleanliness of the floors really need to be improved.

Family Vacation
1st of all let me start by saying please get Pest Control in the room that has bunk beds. Both my grandbabies were bit by a spider of some kind. Had to get them medical attention when we got on our ship. As for parking HORRIBLE. This house says it fits 18 people. We literally had 9 with 2 cars and had to figure out how to fit that. Please rethink parking situation. House next to is also says it fits 20 but can only fit 3 cars.

I’ve stayed on the island many times and wanted to try a VRBO. The key box didn’t work but customer service was awesome! I hated the late 4pm check in especially knowing it had been vacant the day before. It wasn’t up to my cleanliness standards. The house itself was fantastic!!! Location not within walking distance to anything. It would be perfect for a large group with a car spending several days.

Weekend Getaway
The house appeared cute online, but when we got there we thought otherwise. The house was filthy, the kids feet were black from walking around on the floors. Right away we noticed a hole on the wall and contacted the property manager and he replied thank you. We were trying to make dinner and the oven was broken and the glass stove top was cracked, so we had to eat out instead of save money and eat in. The upstairs shower leaked water all over the downstairs floor. When we contacted the agent, he requested pictures for all of our complaints and said he would put in a work order. We then sent him a video of the water that leaked through the ceiling and the light fixture. He said he would mark the work order as urgent. Needless to say, nobody ever came to fix any of the issues addressed and we had to share 1 bathroom for 6 people. He never offered to compensate us for the inconveniences and proceeded to send me the invoice for my stay. I have always had positive experiences with VRBO, until now. I would not recommend anyone stay here, find another place on the island to stay.

Strong urine smell, dog hair and fleas
When we arrived the floor was dirty, soda bottles, laying on the ground the couch was covered in dog hair, yellow stains on the sheets. The house has a strong pet urine smell. I had to call the management company and they had to send the cleaners back out to vacuum the couch and floor. The bathrooms are very nice and clean. The location was good if you have a golf cart which we did. There was a pool, but it was very dirty. I contacted the owner multiple times with no response. The kids spent the night taking videos of the fleas, jumping on them and woke up with bites.
