The employees were nice. The property was okay. My phone did not work in the room, when I told the staff they automatically knew what room it was. It had a black line in the TV. They also charge my room when buying things are getting breakfast, even though I told them to charge my card to the room. I called up there after everything was said and done. Payment was taken. They still charged me to my room didn’t charge my card. I paid more than I should have thinking that I paid for my card. I talk to somebody. They said that they were going to have Manager call me. It’s been four days since the manager was supposed to call me. I’m not going to chase after $40 which I should because it is my money but it’s in a different state and I don’t feel like going back-and-forth over the phone probably not gonna get my money back! I never give out bad reviews and I hate to do it, but I do work for customer service. That is one of my main jobs and I know how it is to deal with customers and have customers as priority one. But it seems as if they don’t care about customers.
