This condo is located in the upscale Pointe West community on the bayside – it has wood tile floors, features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and covered parking with an elevator.

Cancellation: Guest receives 100% (Of what was paid minus the cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 90 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (Of what was paid minus cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds.

Wristbands for amenities are $25 per person for the stay and sold by the Beach Club. Wristbands not required to stay in unit.

Pointe West Beach Club

Spend a wonderful day at the pool or beach at the luxurious Pointe West Beach Club. Pointe West offers numerous amenities including, an infinity pool, children's pool, lazy river(heated when cold and as needed), fitness center, gift shop, and restaurant. The Resort is independently run and charges $25 per person, 4 years or older. The use of the Beach Club is optional. The access fee is paid by credit card or cash directly to the Beach Club and is not included in rental rates.

The community is easily walkable. Golf Carts are a great way to get around as well. However, golf carts dune buggies, or any other types are vehicles are not allowed on Galveston beaches, dunes, or wetlands; this is city law!
