Your single-story beach cottage has everything you need to feel instantly at home. The bright interior has brand-new furniture, stainless steel appliances, and chic decorations. The spacious living area features a sectional where you can lounge in the cool comfort of the central air conditioning and stream shows on the complimentary WiFi. If you love to cook, the full kitchen is well-equipped to prepare your favorite recipes and dine at the table for six beneath a hip geometric chandelier.

Both bedrooms offer new plush pillowtop beds with attached bathrooms. The main bathroom has a shower/tub combo, while the second bathroom boasts a notable glass-enclosed shower. With room-darkening shades, everyone will be able to rest up for another day of fun and sun.

The property was very clean. There was some difficuty getting in the door as instructions to open the door were not clear. There wasn't a book with instructions that I usually find in other VRBOs. We had to search everywhere to find sheets for the sleeper sofa. Barring the confusion, it was a very pleasant stay.

didn’t meet any expectations
The stay would have been amazing if we didn’t see roaches and if it was clean my sisters and I had to take out the trash as soon as we got there and it stunk so bad. There was also dirty towels and my bed sheets were gross. The lawn was out of control which made it hard to get out of the car. We were told there was a washer and dryer( there was not). The AC kept switching to 85 degrees on its own. There was a dirty towel on the back of the master bathrooms door.

The beachy green house
The property has certainly been renovated nicely. The living room snd first bedroom are nice and cool but the kitchen is warm and the back bedroom is really stuffy and warm, making it hard to sleep bc of the heat. Our feet were black from walking around barefooted in the house and the fake fingernail on the bathroom floor made us wonder if the home had been cleaned well. The neighborhood was quiet and the house had several good amenities, however, I’m not sure our family would stay there again.

Awesome Rental!!!
This is an awesome house!!! 2 good size rooms, each with a great bathroom. Large kitchen with everything you need. A large living room with a large u-shaped section and a large (I believe 70 inch) flatscreen on the wall. 1 small parking space, but plenty of off street parking, and the street is very quiet. Also close to the beach and Pleasure Pier.

Cute but a disappointment
While the house was very cute and clean, there were roaches the size of Texas in the kitchen and ants in the bathroom. The overhead bedroom lights did not work in either bedroom and the ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom. The property management company was very responsive however they could not fix the problem, stated a electrician would need to be called and it wouldn’t be fixed during my stay. With the heat in Texas I had to go buy a fan for the one bedroom in order to have circulation. Lastly, no instructions on how to lock or unlock the door. Figured it out but it was not straightforward. Cute but disappointing I had to spend money for a fan and could not leave snacks on the counter due to bugs. Not worth the $$$ I paid in total for 2 days

Hot water issue.
Checked I’m Monday afternoon. Discovered no hot water in early evening. Did online chat. Told to check breaker and hot water heater. Did not locate either. Tried to do another online chat, no response. Called live rep and was told would reach out to local mgmt. left next morning, came back mid afternoon, still no hot water, so no shower again. Someone showed up from Vacasa (maintenance.) and checked (the breaker box was on back oh house) but the hot water heater was determined to be behind a locked kitchen door. He called local mgr and they were going to meet him back there at 4. The man and my husband noticed the gas meter was locked and tagged. We had plans for afternoon but wanted to see what was going on and speak to local person about it. He left to retrieve our belongings off the beach.. I stayed and waited. No one came to door but I think someone showed up as dog starting barking. By time I looked out no one was there. So waited and waited. Finally texted again to speak with someone and after much messaging was offered a relocation. We were very disappointed by then as we wanted to shower before going out to eat but moving that late seemed to be too much. Were assured they were doing everything and would be resolved by next day. (Still no call from local mgmt). In morning Gas Co had someone there to turn gas back on for nonpayment. Did not have hot water until afternoon Wed. We finally could shower that evening. Left next morning. Totally unacceptable.

A modern roomy family home
We enjoyed the large living room with an amazing large TV. Two bedrooms with bath/showers in each room. Kitchen has dining table for 6, great stove, microwave and large refrigerator. We were surprised to have a Keurig coffeemaker, but found it was very easy to use. The only problem was the ceiling fan and light in the back bedroom would not come on. We enjoyed our stay.

Convenient and cute
This home is very nice and conveniently located between the seawall and downtown, so it was easy to get where we wanted to be. The layout was good, and the kitchen spacious. While there is a short driveway in front of the house, it was too short to fit our SUV. There is ample free street parking. The neighborhood is mixed with some nice and well-maintained homes and others that are not. It was generally quiet and seemed safe.

Perfect house!
Beautifully remodeled, had very spacious areas. I thought it would be a smaller from looking at the photos but we were VERY happy with it! Kitchen was enormous! Neighborhood is a little sketch but we didn’t spend anytime outside. Overall, we would still come back to this property!
