„Das Ferienhäuschen liegt sehr zentral. Die Innenstadt ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Der Busbahnhof auch nicht weit. Wir waren zu sechst und fanden hier alles sehr gut ausgestattet.Geschmackvolle Einrichtung und Hot Tub auf der Terrasse rundeten den Gesamteindruck ab.“

„The guesthouse was warm and cozy and did not leave any wish open. The bed was a dream, we slept very well. Also the kitchen was very well equipped and we used it frequently to prepare meals. The landlord Gudrun- Eva is a nice lady who helped us to prepare our stay, she was always available when we had questions, she made us feel very welcomed. We also liked the quiet surrounding and the close proximity to the sea, and are already looking for the next occasion to come back!“

„Almost everything was fantastic. Just a few suggestions...Purchase a refrigerator with a working ice machine and filtered water to drink. The tap water had a sulfur taste to it. Separating the trash seemed to be a big issue. I suggest you label the trash bins to avoid confusion. One last thing...put a "notice" on the surge protector that ii MUST be on for the internet to work. It was accidentally tripped when plugging in an adapter and it was not discovered for awhile.“

Die beiden sind wahnsinnig nett und immer erreichbar, die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich und sauber und wir hatten auch für unser Baby alles, was wir brauchten. Perfekt ist zudem die Lage. „I do travel a lot and get to see all sorts of accommodations. The Reykjavík Residence House is one of the best hotel I've ever stayed at. My room looked like a proper home, with no hotel feeling at all! „Perfekte Lage mitten im Geschehen, aber doch ruhig. Freundlicher CheckIn, trotz technischen Schwierigkeiten. Sauber und schön eingerichtet. Teilweise waren die Möbel (Couchtisch) ein bisschen kaputt, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Einziges Manko war vielleicht, dass man vom außengelegenen Stiegenhaus direkt ins Apartment schauen konnte – aber nachdem alle Fenster mit Rollos ausgestattet waren, war das auch nicht so schlimm. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.“
