Welcome to our four-bedroom, two-bath home in Garden City! With easy access to the highway, downtown Savannah is just 4.3 miles away, along with major groceries and restaurants nearby. Enjoy the charm of Savannah while relaxing in our updated kitchen, separate master suite, and fenced backyard. Pets are welcome for an additional fee! The Space:
A stunning red door is the first thing you will notice upon your arrival! Once inside, the cozy living room, complete with queen size sleeper sofa and large flat-screen TV complete with Roku, welcomes you home! It's the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring Savannah. Off the living room to your right is a small dining table with seating for four. Continuing into our fresh kitchen, you will find stainless steel appliances and all the basics guests need to settle in and feel "at home." Our home offers four bedrooms and two full bathrooms! The master bedroom is separated from the other three and offers a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV complete with Roku, and an ensuite bath. Bedroom #2 provides another queen-size bed; bedroom #3 has a full-size bed, and bedroom #4 is perfect for the kids with two twin-size beds. Guests will also have access to a washer and dryer as well as a fully fenced backyard.
Our home is located close to a train track. This does not bother the majority of our guests, but some guests have mentioned that they can hear it over night.
Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home
The Neighborhood:
We are in a residential neighborhood located less than 5 miles from downtown Savannah. It is an excellent option for those who might not want to stay right in the city but still have easy access to everything Savannah and the area have to offer.
Getting Around:
We recommend driving and offer parking for 2 cars in driveway and 2 additional with street parking. Uber and Lyft service the area as well.
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
Interaction with Guests:
We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together.
