Lovely apartment with a shared swimming pool in a “Limonaia” in Gardone Riviera, a beautiful building typical of the area.

The apartment, located on the ground floor and accessible going up a few steps, opens onto a room which features an open-plan kitchen well equipped with all facilities, including a microwave, a kettle and a toaster, a dining table, a TV and a comfortable double sofa bed. From the living room, guests will access the furnished terrace of the accommodation, perfect for relaxing and enjoying cool summer evenings. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.
Amenities such as the independent heating for colder days and the free wi-fi will be at guests’ disposal.

The shared swimming pool is available from the 1st of June to the 15th of September.
Guests will benefit from the public parking outside the building.
The residence is located on a street crossed by vehicles.

The train station of Toscolano Maderno is located just 10 minutes away by car, while the airport of Verona is easily reachable with a 60-minute drive.
