„The home was clean and well supplied, it generally fulfilled our needs. The only negative was the furnace was incapable of properly heating the home. With a low of 13 degrees at night, it would have been beneficial to know this up front so I could make sure the wood burning stove was always stoked as it was necessary to keep the living space comfortable at night.“

„We stayed in Kent for a week and were helping to care for my 16 and 8 year old grandsons while my daughter (who lives in Kent) was having surgery. The location was excellent, we were able to walk many places (restaurants, library) and take field trips to beach, aquarium, and mini golf. The home was clean, comfortable, roomy, we made meals, enjoyed home’s board games and books, pitcher of filtered water in frig was a nice touch!“

„Met the need for a family Christmas gathering!Overall a very spacious with more than ample room for 9 people. The kitchen was well appointed and met every need we had. Plenty of space for the kids to spread out in the basement and take advantage of bumper pool and video game. The bathrooms were clean and the hot water tank held out!! Overall would recommend John’s place again, and would be looking to check availability when the biggest amenity, the lake can be utilized.“

There were some minor things like some cobwebs here and there that he noticed but it was generally clean. His suggestions would be another light source in the loft area...it was hard to see in his suitcase with just the one light above the bed and better pillows. Overall, he had a nice stay and the suggestions would only improve the experience away for someone. “

„This home is beautiful and in a perfect location just off Chardon’s downtown square. The home has a lot to offer and had tons of toys and games for the younger children we had come visit us during our stay. Which kept them busy and having fun. We were a little nervous with the toddlers as there are lots of unique and beautiful decor within reach of little ones but thankfully we didn’t have any mishaps “

„The location was unbeatable. Staying on Millionaire’s Row was like stepping back in time, while staying at a completely renovated home with modern comforts. The surrounding mansions, such as the Upton House, Packard mansion and the Kinsman house also offer tours by appointment. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating! We are already planning our next visit to this historic area. “

„This Lake House is very nice. The online description is very accurate. It sits up on a bluff and provides a great relaxing view of the lake. We found the house very clean and well stocked with all the basics you need in the kitchen, bathrooms. bedrooms etc. We enjoyed kayaking and fishing from the private pier. Chairs for relaxing outside are provided along with a gas grill and picnic table. We will defiantly consider renting again. “

"Die Unterkunft muss dringend renoviert werden. Der Fahrstuhlboden schaut sehr abgenutzt aus. Die Bettgestellverkleidung im unteren Bereich war dreckig und die Duscharmaturen auch äusserlich von Kalk überzogen. Der Ventilator sass komplett mit Staub zu und ging auch gar nicht."
