„The home was clean and well supplied, it generally fulfilled our needs. The only negative was the furnace was incapable of properly heating the home. With a low of 13 degrees at night, it would have been beneficial to know this up front so I could make sure the wood burning stove was always stoked as it was necessary to keep the living space comfortable at night.“

„My family and I stayed here while visiting other family close by. The house was absolutely perfect for our needs. It was clean, spacious, and conveniently located. Communicating with the host was so easy. We would stay again next time we visit! “

„Communication for this stay was great from booking through checkout. The day of check in went smooth and the host followed up on the day of checkout to make sure we had enough time to check out. We did have an issue with the heating on the third floor the first night but once we advised the host he explained how to adjust the vents so it wasn't too warm up there. House was clean and there was plenty of room for everyone throughout the house. “

„We only needed extra bedrooms and beds and did most of our activities with family in Chardon. This place was perfect! While the bed situation was a little different (a twin room and a twin bed on the upstairs landing), it is exactly what we expected based on the posted pictures. The house was clean, uncluttered, very comfortable bedsheets and towels, and coffee machines. Also, a nice sized living room and parking. Just what we needed! AND some good books and movies for those who had some extra ...

„Met the need for a family Christmas gathering!Overall a very spacious with more than ample room for 9 people. The kitchen was well appointed and met every need we had. Plenty of space for the kids to spread out in the basement and take advantage of bumper pool and video game. The bathrooms were clean and the hot water tank held out!! Overall would recommend John’s place again, and would be looking to check availability when the biggest amenity, the lake can be utilized.“

„The house was clean, easy to check into and was spacious. The beds were really soft and comfortable and the big seating area in the living room allowed us to congregate to talk and hangout. It was very well stocked with shampoo, body wash, paper towels, toliet paper, laundry soap, coffee, spices and almost anything else you could have wanted. There was plenty of parking for 4 - 6 cars behind the house. Our only mishap was we ended up being double booked on our last day and had another family ...

"Die Unterkunft muss dringend renoviert werden. Der Fahrstuhlboden schaut sehr abgenutzt aus. Die Bettgestellverkleidung im unteren Bereich war dreckig und die Duscharmaturen auch äusserlich von Kalk überzogen. Der Ventilator sass komplett mit Staub zu und ging auch gar nicht."
