I want to start this review by stating that Debbie was absolutely fantastic to work with.
Arrived to a dirty cabin. There was dried food running down the front door, beds had food in them, pillows were stained & the upstairs fridge smelled of mold, to name a few of the issues. The hot tub was not running so we lost our first night using it. The temperature would not go above 93 degrees.
I emailed Debbie that evening & she immediately responded that her assistant would be in touch the next morning. After speaking to her assistant on the phone, we headed out for sightseeing, thinking when we returned the cabin would be cleaned & the hot tub would be ready. WRONG.
I emailed Debbie to inform her that the cleaning company had not visited the cabin. About 7:00 that night, as my family is trying to rest, the cleaning crew showed up. He remade 1 bed and left. Debbie text me stating he was on his way but he had already left. I let her know he had remade 1 bed and nothing else was addressed.
The cleaning man came back and worked on the hot tub, that was all! I asked for a discount and was reimbursed one night's stay.
The hot tub never worked properly and continued to foam. By our 3rd day, I was exhausted from communicating back and forth and just gave up. We left the cabin a day early. Debbie is a 5 star but this cleanliness of this cabin is a 0. The hot tub was a main factor in choosing a place since I suffer from osteoarthritis. I will not be returning!
