Cabin is very nice. Clean and up-to-date. We had a great time playing the arcade games and shooting some pool. Watched several movies in the theater. Definitely would recommend.

Beautiful home and Location
We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house. We had plenty of room and loved that every bedroom had a king bed with a private bathroom. It was in a great location and made going to everything a breeze. The game room and hot tub was a big bonus for us to enjoy in the evenings. I would definitely recommend this rental. We even saw a bear when we were leaving one day. Thanks again for everything! We really enjoyed our time in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge ❤️

So much fun!!
We loved the cabin. The arcade and movie theatre were a great space for the kids. Communication with the management team about a dryer malfunction was very quick and efficient. I only gave it 4 stars because of a few minor issues that added up… lots of different methods of receiving information made it somewhat confusing—text email VRBO and an app. The dryer was glitchy and didn’t really work. The cabin itself was great but the floors were noisy between stories and the basement was hard to sleep in because of this. The kitchen was a bit small but appliances and dishes were nice. The tv downstairs was non functional and the theatre wasn’t user friendly. Overall very happy and glad we stayed there!

Everything was wonderful. The Rooms were large and comfortable for everyone. Kitchen was roomy for me to cook breakfast. Had all you needed but food. Christmas Tree was still up and made it amazing to look at. The Table of my dreams. Would love to have one just like it. Plenty of room for everyone to sit comfortable. They had a highchair already there as well. The only complant I even heard was the Dryer wouldn't dry. I'm not sure if they even knew how to run it because I alway wash before I go and when I get home. Really wasn't a big deal for the rest of us. I would have given a five star all the way through but that one thing. I look forward to maybe renting again in the summer.

Great for kids
The cabin was perfect for families with kids. They got to play all day in the arcade and movie theater. The cabin itself was dated and there are no views and is surrounded by other cabins, so we probably wouldn’t go back, but the kids really enjoyed it. There were a couple of issues with the toilet and bathroom, but management was very responsive and they took care of it right away. Overall the cabin was fine and served its purpose but we likely would want to stay in one that is newer, a little more privacy and something with a view of the mountains.

Great location and lots of room
The location was terrific. Our kids loved the game room. The movie room was nice. It was very nice having so many bathrooms for 9 of us. The bedding and pillows were lacking and in need of refreshing. The Wi-Fi was not very strong. Most of us were not able to use it. We also were unable to stream or mirror our Netflix/YouTube TV because the Wi-Fi was so poor.

We were 11 people. We had plenty of space for all. The kids were going to use the bunk beds, but the upper bunk does not have a guard rail, so I would not advise using it. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The kids loved the downstairs movie and game room. This house does not have any outdoor space for kids except to walk up to the pool area. It is really close to town and the local supermarket.

Great family trip
We enjoyed our stay at Spark of Life!! We had 8 adults and 2 small children. We all loved the games and the large table for our family to all enjoy breakfast together. We had more than enough room and we loved having the 5 bathrooms!! The cabin was about 2 miles from downtown gatlinburg which was great as well. I was able to work remotely from the cabin one day and the WiFi was great. We were able to log in to our streaming accounts to watch the Alabama football game too!! We also brought our roku and hooked it up in the media room via the projector. The checkin and out process was effortless and the communication with Bear Tracts was prompt and courteous!! Great family memories were made!! Thanks again!!

I traveled with my family to Gatlinburg for our summer vacation. The cabin was just as described. Plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved playing the arcade games that were in the basement. Loved that each bedroom had a bathroom. Conveniently located to everything we wanted to do in Gatlinburg.

This property rocked! We chose this property because of the size and the game room. My son graduated UTK in 2 years, so we had plenty to celebrate! Cannot wait to come back when he earns his Master's Degree in 2 years!
