Upon entering you will notice the cathedral ceiling the living room which gives an open feel. The living room has a stone fireplace with a 50" smart TV, as well as a loveseat and a pull-out sofa. Also, on the main floor is a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters and breakfast bar with seats for two. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining table which seats 6. Also, on the first floor is bedroom with a king size bed and a 43" smart TV. Rounding out the first floor is a full bathroom with stackable washer/dryer and access to the screened in back porch with hot tub. Our hot tub is drained, cleaned, & chemically treated after each guest. It will take extra time to heat up to optimal temperature on check-in day.

The loft features a pool table and multi-game video arcade machine. Also, on the upper level you gain access to the 2nd floor bedroom. This bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, jacuzzi tub with a large full bathroom with walk in shower.

Please note that a supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels are provided upon arrival. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the guest.

During your stay you may encounter an occasional "uninvited guest." We take every reasonable precaution and employ a monthly pest prevention program with a local, licensed pest control company. Despite that you may still encounter lady bugs or other small critters in or around the cabin. Also, the front exterior of the property does have a Ring camera with video/audio capabilities.

Unfortunately, Mother Nature is more powerful than we are. While we will do anything we can to mitigate disruptions during your stay, we do not offer refunds for natural occurrences, or occurrences outside of our control.

**Purchasing travel insurance is strongly recommended.**

While we are not local to Cabin Time, we have a great team that is. We are available for any questions or concerns via the VRBO messaging platform between the hours of 9:00 am - 9:00 pm.
