The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Pets are welcome in this stylish property close to the Geelong CBD and just 15 minutes from the beaches of the Surf Coast and Bellarine Peninsula. Sunlight floods this gorgeous property and the garden is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a BBQ.

With light-filled, open-plan living and generous outdoor areas to spread out and entertain, this newly renovated, single-level retreat is ideal for a carefree family getaway while being just moments from the city and everything the region has to offer.

Ideally positioned just a few minutes' drive from the Geelong CBD, you'll have an array of dining and entertainment options to choose from. Along the renowned waterfront precinct you'll discover public art, landscaped gardens, swimming baths, a children's playground and the historic Carousel.

Another popular local attraction is Fyansford Heritage Village, located within 15 minutes' drive. This historic town offers a great day out for those interested in early settlement in the area as well as anyone who enjoy exploring heritage buildings.

For a scenic day out, you can reach the stunning beaches and towns of the Surf Coast in under half an hour, including Bells Beach, Jan Juc and Torquay.

If you cannot reach the host and have an emergency such as being locked out (check for a spare key taped into back of lockbox) or an overflowing toilet, phone RACV direct on 13 46 63. Quote member number 15836570. Note they will not help with white goods, internet or lost keys. RACV is available 24/7 and generally attends the proeprty within the hour.

COMMUNICATION Use the booking app AT ALL TIMES to message the host. Phone 1800 943 716 or text 0417 033 987 only if it’s urgent and you've messaged first. If you cannot reach the host, phone 0492 943 340 (for emergencies).

CHECKOUT Strictly 10am unless otherwise arranged.

PARKING The garage is around the side off Canes Place. It fits two medium-sized cars. The door must be closed and no cars should stick out into the car park area directly in front of the garage. That is a separate property. If cars don't fit in the garage there is free parking about 200m away in Bourke Crescent.

WIFI The modem is in the study. If it stops working, reset it.

VISITORS No visitors permitted unless by prior arrangement. Parties could result in criminal charges. Unbooked overnight guests will result in cancellation of the booking and immediate eviction.

FOOD Help yourself to everything. We don't believe in food waste and leave non-perishable items left by guests, for other guests to use.

BBQ While we endeavour to always have the gas full, if you run out the bottles can switched over at any petrol station. You would be reimbursed of course. Please leave it clean otherwise you will be charged a $50 fee.

PETS Clean up after your animals otherwise a $50 cleaning fee applies. Aboslutely no animals on furniture or in bedrooms.

DISHWASHING Please do your dishes before checkout including emptying the dishwasher. Do not use handwash liquid in the machine.

LINEN The linen is supplied by a professional laundry service. Please do not, under ANY circumstances wash our sheets or towels.

SMOKING Outside only. Use ashtrays provided.

HEATING/COOLING Make sure all heating/cooling/lighting is switched off when you leave the house. The split systems on the wall are for both heating and cooling.

WASHING Use cold, short settings where possible.

WASTE Please take out rubbish. Recyclables only in yellow-lid bin, no soft plastic, glass in purple bin, general waste in red bin.

ISSUES Let us know if you have any maintenance concerns. The sooner we know about problems the sooner we can fix them. Often guests only report issues in reviews and we don't see them for two weeks. We thrive on feedback so please help us help keep this property in top condition.

False Advertising
I brought my grandson up to visit his cousins and he stayed with them, so I was at the house on my own. The house was listed as having internet WiFi but it did not. I advised the hosts that I was not able to access the internet because the network provider option they gave me was not listed on the network options. Their response was : "Message from the host Sorry to hear it’s not working. The thing can be iffy. Hopefully it’s working now perhaps. " Well actually it NEVER worked. Additionally, the free to air TV didn't work either, until I attached the antenna and then I got only Channel 7. I had hoped to get some work done while I was there, but I was unable to do that, and could not even watch anything except Channel 7. It was horrible. Additionally, the lawn in the back yard was not mowed, and quite long. Difficult when you have a dog with you and you need to find it's poop to clean it up. Really not impressed with the care and consideration of the owners of this property. I am looking for a place to base myself in Geelong when I come up for business and family and this will NOT be the property.

Lovely
Great spot, central Geelong location. Beautiful house! Great yard for kids & dog. Unfortunately the week I stayed, there was no TV or internet. I notified the owners, but they brushed me off saying it was bad weather in Geelong, after my stay they did apologise as they found the antenna was broken and their internet company was faulty. Also advertises two car garage, it is 100% a one car garage. And the house advertised as "reverse cycle heating" but only has one heater in the kitchen / lounge room. The bedrooms have no heating or cooling / there were oil heaters in each wardrobe + a ceiling fan. But not what I was expecting from the description. But beautiful house,lovely stay, just different from my expectations, but would stay again.
