Everything else could be just ok but beds Must be of top quality, in my opinion.Also you might not be aware but house has the small German Cockroaches running around the kitchen. those critters ...

„Good comfortable home, well heated for Bathurst winters. Very handy to central Bathurst and facilities. Access to front door difficult for guests with mobility difficulties or prams, large suitcases, etc, etc.Needs a concrete path from driveway to western end (ie other end to front door) of verandah. Only approximately 1 metre of concrete path needed to change it dramatically.“
