This Five Star Modern Exuma Estate Home called Exuma Dream'n Villa was featured on HGTV's Bahamas Life. (Season 3, Episode 5). Perfect for Family Vacations, Couples Getaway, or a Romantic Retreat! Stay with us for 4 nights or more, a free day's rental boat is on us! Your own private boat at your own dock!

Oversized oceanfront 2880 square feet Villa with 3 large bedrooms and en suite bathrooms plus half bath. Expansive wrap-around terraces and balconies with 360' views of the turquoise water. One of the few villas with amazing views east to west of Elizabeth Harbor, Stocking Island, Crab Key and the February Point marina. Private Gazebo and dock that can accommodate up to a 30-foot boat. Relax on the verandas with lounge chairs, cook your fresh catch on the gas grill and dine al fresco at the outdoor dining table perfect for outdoor entertaining and soaking in the stunning views. Natural stone tile and wood floors throughout, Exuma Dream'n is professionally and tropically decorated and maintains all of the amenities of a 5-star resort.

The main level includes a fully stocked modern open concept kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, dining room table for 8, and breakfast bar with 3 bar chairs for additional seating. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and serving pieces for cooking and entertaining. The large open dining room and living room have ample seating and include a couch, chairs, and lounge chair with ottoman. Main level also includes a half bath and laundry room with a brand new full-size stand-alone washer/dryer.

Second floor includes two large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. One bedroom has two twin beds that can be pushed together to be used as a King. The second bedroom has a King size bed. Bedrooms include jacuzzi tubs and seamless glass showers.

Top floor features a private, oversized Master's Suite with King size bed and luxurious Master bath. Over-sized hurricane impact sliding doors open to the veranda with breathtaking views. The huge master bath includes a jacuzzi bathtub, double pedestal sinks, shower with high-pressure water fixtures and toilet.

A Wonderful Stay!We had the most incredible time staying at this condo! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautifully the property was maintained. The house was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary appliances and cookware, making it easy to prepare meals.The bedrooms were cozy and the beds were super comfortable, ensuring we had a restful night after a busy day of exploring the area. Beware of condition of house
Very disappointed that the owner was aware AC was not working properly but did not give us this information and give us the option of canceling. During our 10 day stay it failed 4 times. That meant we were cooking and living in over 80 degrees. Even though we had bought food to cook we went out to eat. When I asked for compensation of 2 days she only gave us 600. She felt we had AC to sleep comfortably. 600 in the Bahamas only covers one meal. This owner is not someone who is honest about their house and its condition or contents.

February Point Oceanfront Villa Exuma Dreamin
Our stay at the villa was absolutely fantastic! The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, and the stunning ocean view took our breath away every morning. The layout of the villa was thoughtfully designed, making it both functional and luxurious – truly a home away from home. We especially appreciated the convenience of the boat dock, which made our aquatic adventures so much easier. The on-site restaurant was another highlight; the food was delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ensuring we felt welcome. Safety is a priority for us when traveling, and this villa exceeded our expectations in that regard. The entire property felt secure and well-maintained. Moreover, the host was exceptionally responsive and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met promptly and with genuine care. Overall, it was a perfect getaway, and we can't recommend this villa enough. We'll definitely be back for another stay!

Pretty Spot - A/C Issues
The home itself is lovely and well-appointed. Nice location but you will definitely want to rent a car to get to town and around the island. The A/C is controlled via NEST by the owners and set to a low of 70 degrees. It is also on a motion sensor. So during the day, while you're out, the house (especially the upper floors) are warming in to the mid-90s and the A/C struggles to get it back down to 70. Homeowners said it was to prevent damage to the unit however, the extreme variation in temps caused it to freeze up several times. If you like to eat, relax or sleep at less than 70 degrees; this is not the spot for you.

A few issues
We asked for an early check-in of 1:30 pm and did not get into the property until 4:30 pm. Our second night there, we had no propane for the grill and had to wait over an hour for delivery. That night our water went out at 7pm and did not return until 10:00 am the following morning….could not wash dishes, take showers or flush toilets and were awakened at 1am as the hot water heater had a piercing noise(we flipped the breaker on it). As a VRBO owner myself, I know issues can happen, but after I communicated all our problems,she offered no comp, and was defensive. After I had to ask for comp, she finally offered a minimal amount. This property is in an absolutely world class location and has stunning views from all rooms in the condo, but the kitchen needs some help. The pots and pans were in poor condition, as the Teflon was so scratched that it is really not safe for anyone. Please acquire a knife sharpener so that guests can sharpen the knives. There are only one or two plates that do not have big chips in them and almost all the glasses are plastic. There are 6 wines glasses…..none that match! The deficiencies could be fixed very easily by the owner visiting her property or paying someone to keep everything in good condition. The on-site property folks were terrific (they had to come almost every day to reset the air-conditioner?), but they stated that they are not responsible for the condition of the contents of the property.

Perfect Location!
This was our first trip to Exuma and we found February Point to be the perfect location! The villa is exactly as described in the listing and worked great for our group of 3 couples. We especially liked that each bedroom had its own private bath in addition to a half bath on the main floor. The views from everywhere in the villa were simply amazing! Having a dock right at the villa for our rental boat was very convenient. We never lost power, but lost water one day due to a community-wide issue which was resolved quickly. The February Point community is very clean and quiet. I would highly recommend this location and villa!

What a view!! Exuma Dream'n was an outstanding home and perfect for three couples and a long weekend celebrating my wife's birthday. The home was very clean and just as advertised online. The check-in and check-out coordination was seamless. We rented a boat for two days from Minn's in George Town to explore Stocking Island. Make sure you take the time to visit Kahari Resort on Stocking. If you don't have access to a boat, they have a shuttle that runs frequently during the day. Can't wait to return and explore more of this beautiful part of the Bahamas!

Amazing Week at Exuma Dreamin!
My family and I stayed at Exuma dreaming for a week in December. The island was even more spectacular than we had imagined. Miles of endless beaches with hardly anyone else in sight. The private beach at the Februaty Point community was lovely. The pool was great to have though we preferred the beach. The Rusty Anchor was delicious, and the location was super convenient for everything we wanted to do. When we arrived at the house it was just as expected, clean, spacious and comfortable with so many windows to enjoy the views from every room. There were balconies on every floor/bedroom that made a perfect place to enjoy the morning sunrise with a cup of coffee and a good book. We had a couple of questions and the owners responded quickly to help us find everything that we needed. Would 100% recommend this home for your vacation. I wouldn’t at all call it a negative, but the only thing to be aware of is the stairs are relatively steep going up to both the second and third floor bedrooms. My 75-year-old mother and older children managed them fine, but if stairs are a concern, that would be the only thing to look out for. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Really enjoyed our stay… it’s never long enough though. Very clean, great location , friendly staff and can’t say enough about the folks at February Point. My wife and I renewed our vows after 25 years , they helped located Mr. Franklin, the minister and put together a nice little arbor for the ceremony. I was disappointed in the fact the 1 day boat rental was no longer valid with the house rental . We still rented a boat from Mimms for the day but at an additional cost.

Lauri was great communicating with us and sharing insightful details. The house was fantastic with everything we needed. Location couldn’t have been better near Georgetown and easy access to every beach you wanted to visit. Community pools were perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. Beautiful Property
Exuma Dreamin is a beautiful property in an exclusive neighborhood. The location was perfect and the neighborhood felt very safe. (Housekeeping didn’t leave the right keys and we never locked the doors when we left. No issues at all. Keys were replaced immediately when i finally got around to asking.) This is a 3 story home so be prepared to get a workout on those stairs! The views were amazing and we saw a sea turtle and starfish off the private dock. The air-conditioning worked hard to keep up and it got warm at night but it IS the tropics. LOL! Lost power 3 times but not for long. The main thing i was surprised about was the lack of things in the kitchen. I’m thinking it’s because stuff is so expensive in Exuma and maybe the cleaners take things with them but I’ve never stayed at a VRBO that didn’t have a single condiment or ziplocs or tin foil. I couldn’t find any Tupperware either so storing food was a little difficult. That being said, i would definitely rent this property again. The Rusty Anchor restaurant on property was nice and we tried to find room in our luggage for Janice at the front gate. We loved her!! You won’t go wrong with this property!

Amazing Stay!
The house is everything you could ask for! We loved everything about it! It’s perfect for gathering, yet everyone has their privacy. Lauri was so great, answering anytime we had questions. The people at the security booth were always so nice and helpful, too!! The only suggestions we have, as people who travel frequently and stay in lots of VRBO rentals, we kept looking for more instruction for checkout, we didn’t know exactly what we were supposed to do. We also love a guest book to see what suggestions other guests have had from their stays. Otherwise, it was perfect!! We rented a boat and kept it at the dock, which was a dream. We also saw turtles, a couple sharks, and starfish right off the dock. Thank you so much for sharing your home! We will be back!!
