Dieses brandneue Mietobjekt liegt zentral in der exklusiven Enklave von Old Hooper's Bay und ist eine kleine Gemeinschaft mit nur 7 weiteren saisonalen Häusern, die sich auf über 30 Hektar befinden und an unser eigenes exklusives Strand- und Parkreservat grenzt. Abseits der Hauptstraße mit unserem privaten Eingang, der nicht öffentlich zugänglich ist, ist unser Haus und Strand ein sehr ruhiger und vor allem privater Ort. Dank unserer erstklassigen Lage auf der Inselmitte können Sie bequem Georgetown und viele Annehmlichkeiten wie Bankgeschäfte, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäfte erreichen. Das Gästehaus und das Haupthaus kommen auf Wunsch zusammen und werden niemals separat an andere Gruppen vermietet.

Das Blue Hues ist ein gut ausgestattetes Haus am Strand mit einem optionalen Gästehaus und einem eigenen privaten Pool, der eine perfekte Umgebung zum Entspannen und Genießen der Familie und Freunde bietet. Dieses schöne Haus befindet sich auf einem über 1 Hektar großen üppigen Garten und bietet eine einheimische Landschaftsgestaltung. Unser Haus verfügt über einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das türkisfarbene Wasser von 180 Grad, eine große Außenterrasse und eine weitläufige Poolterrasse, die sich am Ende des Tages ideal zum Entspannen und Erholen eignet .
Sie können einen Spaziergang zum selten besetzten Privatstrand machen, der nur wenige Schritte entfernt ist, einschließlich Hängematten für den späten Nachmittagsschlaf.

Dieses 3 Schlafzimmer 2 1/2-Bad-Anwesen wurde hervorragend eingerichtet und bietet luxuriöses Inselleben auf höchstem Niveau. Drei der Schlafzimmer sind im Haupthaus mit einer zusätzlichen Mietoption für das Gästehaus, das mit einem Königinschlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, vollem Bad und Küche komplett ist. Dies ist eine perfekte Einheit für Nannies, Großeltern oder Kinder.
Das Haupthaus und das Gästehaus sind bei Stromausfall mit einem Hausgenerator ausgestattet.

AMAZING!!!! This is our 4 time staying at Blue Hues and it gets better with each visit. This trip was for 14 days and it still wasn’t long enough. The home has everything you can possibly need for an amazing vacation. If Privacy is something that you want, look no further, Blue Hues is your place. With each visit we learn more about the home and the island and each time we feel more comfortable and connected with it. It really is everything that you expect and much more! Everyone on the team is nice and helpful and Rick is always available for a call to answer any possible question that you might have. If you’re still looking for the perfect home to stay at look no further, Blue Hues is the place for you and your family. One week in paradise!

We just returned from our first trip to Exuma. We rented Blue Hues based on location, reviews, amenities offered, view... everything is accurate. It is a nice CLEAN home situated in a "resort feeling" setting of beautiful landscaping. All with an amazing view of the gorgeous turquoise waters of the Bahamas.We enjoyed the private pool, almost private beach, nice spacious back patio with plenty of comfy seating options. There were no surprises! We don't know if we'll ever be back on the island, but if we are, we would not hesitate to rent Blue Hues again. Rick is an amazing owner and so easy to work with! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Paradise…

We had an amazing 7 days at Blu Hues. Rick is the best host we have ever had. You will not regret renting this property because not only is the property spectacular but Rick will take care of you every step of the way. He is quick to respond to all questions and concerns and has a wealth of knowledge about the island. The house had everything we needed. We loved the beach right in front of the house. We had it to ourselves most of the time. My boys enjoyed tossing the football and snorkeling at the reef in front of the house. This was our first time visiting Exuma and enjoyed exploring all over the island. We rented glass-bottom kayaks and a guide to show us around the Moriah Harbor Cay National Park (T.T. Water sports). Gorgeous place and one of the highlights of our trip. We also rented ATVs from Exuma Adventure Tours (also with a guide) and explored different areas in the west side of the island. Highly recommend checking out Starfish beach and Coconut Club on Stocking Island. You can get there by water taxi or rent a boat. There is no shortage of great food on the island. We loved 23 North and Blu on the Water. We also went to the Fish Fry and ate at Shirleys and Krusty Krab for local food. We had the best tropical conch salad at Da Out Deck, prepared by Rasta Steve (also located at the Fish Fry). Oh and do try the Kalik mango beer. It is DELICIOUS!The house comes well-stocked with kayaks, snorkeling equipment, coolers, chairs and all the beach toys you would need.

Great multi-generational stay!

We stayed just over a week at Blue Hues with our kids and grandkids, ages two and five. Everyone had an absolute wonderful time, and enjoyed everything this property had to offer! The home was perfect for our two families. It had everything you could think of! From the well stocked indoor cards and games, to the plethora of outdoor seating and water toys. We spent our time hanging out by the pool, or lounging in the hammock by the ocean! We loved the privacy and beautiful gardens! The peacocks were loved by our grandchildren! I can't say enough positive things about this beautiful home. Pool and beach on property were one of the highlights. Perfect if traveling with children. Location of the house is close to the airport, grocery, restaurants and downtown Georgetown. The house itself is clean and has everything you might need for cooking, playing in pool or sitting on the beach. The view from the house is spectacular! Rick, the owner, made everything so easy. First time to Exuma and we will definitely be back. Travelled with my wife and 2 teenage daughters. The beaches, the people and the location were second to none. Rick really made the experience so smooth. Always available to answer any questions and provide suggestions. The house is as advertised. It has everything you need and is well updated and appointed. The beach is beautiful and just steps away or just sit on the comfortable patio sipping your favorite drink. It is a small island and the proximity from the home to all points of interest are less than 10 minutes away. Blue Hues is located within a small community of expats and visitors alike. In saying that, It’s extremely tranquil, quiet and serene. You feel like you’re the only one on the island. All in all, Blue Hues will exceed your expectations.

An Island within an Island

The house, the guest house, the view, the pool, the beach, the expansive property, and the multitude of equipment for water activities (e.g., kayaks, snorkels) allow you to come without any equipment or buy any gear while you are here. You could enjoy your entire week without leaving this property. All electronics and appliances worked flawlessly, as explained in the welcome package. Additionally, all of the owner's comments and suggestions about the vacation home and Exuma made our first stay so much more enjoyable! For instance, we took a fabulous all-day boat trip based on the owner's tip; other than the property, it was the highlight of the week.We have stayed at many rental properties around the world and this is our favorite.

ONE WORD HERE- AWESOME!

This was our first trip to Exuma and when we read the description of Blue Hues, we knew it was the place for us and it did not disappoint. From the moment we entered the house, we felt right at home. Everything was clean, the furniture and beds extremely comfortable, and there was ample space to store what we brought from home and purchased on the way from the airport. Although we had fun exploring the island a bit, we were delighted to stay home, enjoy the beautiful beach, patio views, pool, and grounds, which were amazing. We snorkeled right off the beach to a little reef where we saw many fish, and swam with a couple of turtles. We still cannot get over the color of the turquoise water. Some of our best meals were made on the Weber grill – the ribeye's from Prime Meats were excellent (a few minutes down the road). We have stayed at many VRBO residences and have to say that Rick’s communication with us was the best. We knew what to expect before we arrived, and everything we expected was there. Thank you Rick and Jodi for sharing your beautiful home, we look forward to staying again.

Magical trip in the best house

The owner Rick is amazing and is available for any and all questions. The house is beautiful and has everything you need and more to not have to worry about anything. The guesthouse is great for people in the group that want a little more privacy. The pool perfect size and half of it is just deep enough to sit and sip your cocktail. Best house we’ve ever stayed at in Exuma!

This what our 6th to Exuma and this was the best house we’ve stayed at. It was perfect for our family of 4. The view is amazing. The property is beautiful. The pool was a favorite for the kids. The beach is private and calm and pristine. The house is centrally located on the island and close to restaurants and grocery stores. The owner went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. We highly recommend this house and we look forward to our next stay at Blue Hues!!

Amazing Week at an Amazing House

This was our third trip to Exuma, and by far our best. Blue Hues has perfect location to get to all points on the island. The property is meticulously kept..,every square inch of the full acre is landscaped! Great snorkeling right off the beach and even better snorkeling if you take the kayaks a little farther out. Rick, the owner, is the most responsive and thorough owner I’ve worked with. For my two boys (13 and 16), my wife and me, we couldn’t have picked. A better, cleaner, more perfectly located spot in Exuma. We will be back for sure!!
