„What a perfect place to spend a wine trip! Our group of five (two couples and one single) were very comfortable staying at this house. It was clean, spacious, and stocked with every amenity we could hope to ask for. My only complaint was that the BBQ grill didn’t get quite as hot as we needed to cook our meals, but our concern was addressed immediately by our hosts. I would not hesitate to stay here again! „We had a nice stay in Guerneville. The home was clean and well appointed. We did notice there appears to be an apartment underneath the home which we didn't see on the listing, but it was locked and no one was there. Also, the A/C works however by default it is set to turn itself off when you leave the home, so when we got back after a long day away the house was very hot and took most of the night to cool down. We were able to change the setting for the second day and everything was fine. ...

However, the shower had difficulty draining (which is particularly problem when four people need to shower) and the hot tub - which had been a huge reason we’d booked the place - had green water and it smelled terrible, so we were unable to use it.
