„This was one of the most amazing places we have ever stayed at. Everything was perfect and the staff were over the top in terms of professionalism, efficiency, kindness and more. The food was absolutely outstanding and would compare favourably with some of the best restaurants in New York City, Toronto, London and Paris. „The furniture was worn out, the bed only squeaked when moved, the patio furniture was dirty, and some of the outdoor cushions were dirty and torn. No adapters for charging with European plugs. Room service was poor and inattentive. Tiles were missing in the pool. Also no parasol on the terrace to protect yourself from the sun. Kitchen appliances were very worn and partly broken. Some of the kitchen cabinets didn't close properly or were worn out.“
