Take the staircase to the second floor to find a cozy living & dining space, half bath, fully equipped kitchen with single serve Keurig, & a wrap around porch to sit and enjoy coffee, food, or good conversation with a partial lake view!

Queen Bed in front bedroom. 2 sets of twin bunk beds in the back bedroom. Pack & Play available upon request.

WiFi available. Smart TV in living space with access to Netflix, Hulu, & other streaming networks provided you have your own personal account/login. Cable & DVD player provided otherwise. Home Hub equipped.

Located only 15 minutes from the town of Lexington! Gilbert is a small town tucked just west of Lexington. 378 Bar & Grill is just across the way from the neighborhood. Head into Lexington for most grocery stores, restaurants & shopping. 20 minutes from HWY I-20. 20 mi from CAE airport. Public Boat Ramp 7 mi.

The Fish Tale Cottage backs up to a wooded area. It is normal to see some wildlife, spiders, beetles, frogs, etc in outdoor spaces.

Some Rules
-Parking is limited to the driveway, which is steep.
-The pool, boat ramp, & boat yard are off limits to short term renters (<30 days)
-All renters must be 25 years old.
-No pets of any kind. Fines will be applied if violated.
-No smoking of any kind. Fines will be applied if violated.
-No parties.
