„The house was beautiful and even bigger than we expected. The grounds around the house (sheltered patio, fire pit, pool, etc.) were a delightful addition to our group’s stay as well. The host was very nice and made the check in and check out process very easy. The only issue we faced was that the house got very warm as the house is not air conditioned, though there were a few floor AC units and fans available. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return in the future.“

„This was an absolute gem of a property - it's even nicer than the photos. It's very open and airy, a lot of space for the 3 of us and our 2 dogs. The pups appreciated having the big open space to run and play outside - we brought a tether along and strapped it to a sturdy tree while they ran about. The view from out back at sunset is stellar, and the property is private while still being a short drive to some of the great spots to see in the area!“

„The property is very secluded but perfect for a family get away! The outdoor fire pit was a hit! We sat outside each evening. The property is only 1/2 hour from Cooperstown and this vacation rental was perfect for a visit to Cooperstown! Kitchen was well stocked but didn’t have many forks. Beds were very comfortable! Overall, Great weekend getaway!“

„Stayed her with 3 other parents while our sons played in the Cooperstown All-Star Village tournament. House is only a 15 minute ride to ASV. House was clean and had everything we needed for the week. Right on the river and has a dock so we did a little fishing. You can rent kayaks at shop down street if you want. Would highly recommend staying here if your child is playing at either Dreams park ( 10 min drive) or ASV.“

„We had a great time at dreams park and retreated to this hidden gem. It’s a bit out of the way but the perfect spot to get away from all the baseball. The host is excellent at communication and is available at all times to help. We loved the beautiful scenery and quietness of this place. Would recommend to all visiting Cooperstown!“

„This property was perfect for our getaway. We booked the house to blend a visit to Cooperstown with some lakeside down time. We were not disappointed. The property was pristinely clean upon arrival and offered everything we needed for our stay. Not to mention the View. It's hard to tear your eyes away from the lake. Brendon was super helpful and communicative. Would definitely recommend this property.“

„The house was very well kept and clean. We loved the location of the house (15 min. to Dream Park, so close to 3 local breweries, and was in a country setting). The beds were very comfortable. We used the laundry facilities onsite which was so clean! Only thing that would have made the house absolutely perfect, would be to have a 2nd shower rather than a bathtub upstairs. We did know this however before we booked, but quickly realized the need for it once we stayed here with 8 people!  ...
