„The area is just fine exactly what I needed. The apartment is okay wish there was a TV in the room, the bathroom wasn't the cleanest either. The futon is so uncomfortable. My only hiccup was my last night where I had to SLEEP IN MY CAR because of the main building door being jammed. This is was around 2am!!! It's obvious whomever is running this isn't near the property. I didn't get until 6:30am where there was a rock in between the doors. Never again but thanks anyways. “

„Comfortable, well-equiped house. Pool was lovely and warm as the weather was hot, and we were glad we did not pay $75 per day for heating. Everything as advertised but disappointingly Nespresso does not work, and no gas for BBQ or firepit, so also unusable. Management company rold us new tank was on site. It wasn't and they failed to send anyine to address the issue. Check in a nightmare. Locked out for almost 1 hour in high heat. Management company failed to answer phone. Mercifully neighbour ...

„Check-in was easy and host was very accommodating. There has been mention in other reviews regarding window coverings. If that is an issue for you, then come prepared with solutions. We did and found the solutions were pretty easy. Close to many parks and State Farm Stadium. We chose to take the 20-30 minute walk to the stadium each time, rather than fight traffic and parking. For that reason alone, this property gets our overall rating of 5.“

„House was very nice, convenient location to stores and restaurtants. Clean inside and out, comfortable, great amenities and easy to check in and out. Quiet neighborhood - nice pool (but too cool to use in November) and patio was very welcoming. Welcome book provided good suggestions for restaurants, we used the info! „We needed to attend a wedding in the area. Our home was so much nicer than other guests who had to stay in nearby hotels. The backyard lake provided nice views; the putting green was fun; two living areas to relax in; big dining area and 3 bedrooms and bathrooms made this a perfect place for the six of us. „The pool, hot tub, outdoor cooking area and lounge spaces were lovely. There was plenty of space to hang out indoors and outdoors. The beds were very comfy and all the extra amenities such as shampoos, conditioners and other toiletries were a nice touch. It was the perfect relaxing vacay! We would definitely stay again. „From the moment I booked this property for my husband and some family members who came in for a football game, the communication was excellent. Lori was responsive to all of my questions and always helpful. Check in and out were extremely easy. Rooms were comfy and clean and setup made it easy to cook meals in if desired. The house was in a peaceful neighborhood and close to major attractions. We would book again on future trips to Phoenix. “
