Dieses Haus liegt nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von einem flach abfallenden Zugangspunkt zum sandigen Gleneden-Strand entfernt, der eher nicht überfüllt ist und sich hervorragend für die Jagd auf Achate eignet. Es gibt eine begrenzte Anzahl von Restaurants und Geschäften zu Fu���� erreichbar, mit Golf, Souvenirläden und Wellnessanwendungen im Norden im Salishan Golf Resort. Eine kurze Fahrt in Richtung Norden zum Siletz Bay National Wildlife Refuge wird Vogelliebhabern gefallen, während Lincoln City und Devils Lake mehr Möglichkeiten bieten, um alle zufrieden zu stellen.

This home is well-appointed and has a good layout and location. Our busy family with dogs had plenty of room and enough bedrooms for all. The housekeeping before our visit was less than great in that the hot tub was quite dirty and had no chlorine added (someone came by to clean it out but by then we had missed 5 opportunities we had counted on). That was disappointing. There were little things that may have been overlooked by staff such as no hot pads or oven mitts, not enough dishwasher detergent, no rug to step onto out of the upstairs shower, and the floor of the bathroom was dirty (not sure about the rest of the floors). There had been a broken lamp in the living room but we didn’t need it. We did try to clean up a bit but didn’t see a dust pan to go with the broom, and the dishwasher detergent situation. Again, the house layout, the beds/bedrooms, the wrap around deck and the location/view were very nice.

Enjoyable house
Our family of 6 adults and 5 kids really enjoyed this house! It had a comfortable living room with a view, the kitchen was well stocked, and with 5 bedrooms everyone could spread out. I would rent this house again in the future.

Great property, great ocean view.
Great property, can't wait to come back. Great for our extended family of 11! Lots of space inside and out, fully equipped with all the things. We had a group ranging from 6 to 76 years old. Outdoor shower was amazing, kids and adults loved it! Close to the beach, nice short walk. Couldn't have asked for better! Great views of the ocean and in a quiet neighborhood.

What a great house! We loved everything about it.
Close, easy beach access. Every bedroom is great! Lots of natural light and ocean views. 12 of us stayed for 5 days and loved it. Bring your own toilet paper, they don’t provide it! One cupboard in kitchen was broken upon arrival, and looked like it had been previously glued instead of repaired properly, but other than that, everything in the house was great, and we would definitely stay here again! It was super clean and comfy!

We had a wonderful time with our extended family in this home. The deck is fantastic and the location is very close to the beach. There is one safety issue on the deck we noticed the day we left—the railing has a few slats missing near the entry door at the top on the stairs. This could easily be addressed. Overall the stay was good. Great views. We had little kids so the short walk to the beach was perfect (and no stairs to the beach so taking our wagon was easy!). The home has good-sized bedrooms and a kitchen with lots of small appliances (instapot, electric griddle, slow cooker, etc.) and many utensils. There were also kids plates and cups. The living room couches were comfortable and they reclined. There is a TV in every room. We also loved the hot tub, which was filled the day we arrived with fresh water, which we appreciated. The house needs some TLC, specifically the appliances. We cooked meals on the grill and ate takeout most days because the range was falling apart. Three of the four burners don’t work properly. It’s a very old style of electric range and the connections to the burners appear to be broken. The refrigerator is large but the freezer does not maintain a temperature to keep things frozen. We had ice cream bars that melted, despite adjusting the freezer settings. The bunk beds in one room are metal and very loose and squeaky. We contacted maintenance via Vacasa a few times during our stay with issues and a maintenance person (who was great) came over to tighten the bunk beds. It didn’t help very much though and the beds still wobbled and squeaked. They need to be replaced. The dryer is also an older style and took 2 hours to dry clothes, which wasn’t very convenient. Lastly I think the bed linens in the queen room downstairs could be upgraded. We love Gleneden beach and world stay here again if some upgrades took place. Thanks!

Perfect place for multiple families
Beautiful, well loved home! Two families of 4 and grandparents stayed for 3 nights and had everything we could need and lots of space. We appreciated that we could bring our dogs and the close proximity to the beach was perfect. The kitchen was very well stocked, the hottub was great. Truly a wonderful place to stay on the coast!

The house was very relaxing and pet friendly, but you would never know that pets were allowed because everywhere was clean and fresh. The deck and back yard were fenced and just as clean as the inside of the house. Great views of the ocean and easy walk to the beach.

Everything was wonderful and the house is great! The past guest didn’t clean up the dog poop outside (we did it for them) and we weren’t able to find a check out cleaning list, so we did what was standard at other houses. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

The on-line description/pictures were very accurate
Sometimes you pick a place and the pictures/description are nothing like it (ever see the movie "Exotic Marigold Hotel?") But in THIS CASE the property was every bit as good, if not better than the descriptions! The kitchen was the focus of our visit as we all came together for a memorial to our mother. We cooked and visited in the large common room. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and equipment AND even included many essentials, like cornstarch, spices, cooking spray, foil/plastic wrap. It was just great. The only variance from the photos was that the BBQ grills had been moved to the upper-deck. Not a negative per se, if the weather is clear and calm. But it was a bit windy so we had to move the grill to the narrow walkway on the side. The large grill was great for a big salmon-cook. The smaller grill had issues with half the burners. We never got around to using the hot-tub, although it appeared to be running and we could smell the chlorine. We also didn't waste any time watching TV. The only "audio-visual" suggestion I might make is to have a way to display/cast pictures from cameras or USB sticks. So that people could share the things they were taking. But to be fair, that's a bit more "A/V Club" than a beach-house. All my family commented how nice this house was and that we would stay here again.

Excellent experience
We have rented several homes on the Oregon coast for our annual family trip. This experience was by far the best. Check in was easy, check out easy, and all questions answered quickly. We Evan got a call before we arrived because the hot tub was cleaned and refilled and they did not think it would be up to temperature by the time we checked in. (The hot tub was perfect!). We wi definitely be looking to rent this house again in the future. Thanks you for a great experience where we felt safe staying during a pandemic.

Love this house, it was perfect for my family. Really great fenced yard convenient for our dogs. My family enjoyed the hot tub. Nice open floor plan so everyone can be together with the family room downstairs if you want to get away. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Beach Getaway
We absolutely LOVED our weekend stay at the Seabreeze Retreat. It is clear that this beach home was designed with the intention of functionality and relaxation for a beach getaway. This home is clean with lovely, warm beach decor. All 5 bedrooms are stocked with high quality bedding and mattresses...very comfortable. There are plenty of towels for everyone...both for shower and hot tub. We have 2 kids (9 and 12) and traveled with another family with 2 kids (8 and 12) and the layout of the home was awesome for our group. The downstairs family room and double bunk bedroom were perfect locations for the kids to hangout while the parents enjoyed the incredible beach views and comfort in the living room/dining room/kitchen upstairs. All 8 of us showered on Saturday with plenty of hot water. The ocean views and wrap around deck really make this the perfect getaway. In addition, beach access is SUPER easy. Oh, and we can't forget the hot tub/back patio area. So much fun! We really can't say enough about his place. We will are looking forward to going back very soon!
