We spent time below the dam near the cabin, and above the dam as well. The water was warm and a lot of fun. We enjoyed going for long walks along the river. We were there mid August, and no bugs. It was wonderful.“

„This is an upstairs apartment. The stairs are somewhat steep, but we are both in our 70’s and did just fine. Angel had a nice welcoming note for us, with a bottle of wine. The apartment had everything we needed, even an extra bedroom. The king bed was very comfortable. There was a fully stocked kitchen and even a nice dining room table. The living room had plenty of places to sit and the tvs worked just fine. After a cold day in Minnesota, we were very happy to come “home” to a warm, cozy ...

„This house was perfect for our weekend stay in Albert Lea. We booked this house with anticipation of 4 people, ended up with an extra person. The second mattress in one of the bedrooms was perfect! We used it in the living room and it was cozy! “

„Oak Cabin was a nice little stay near the center of Albert Lea. It is close to the lake and the hospital. I stayed here for work a work trip and loved it. the kitchen was spacious, the bed was super comfy and the bathtub was perfect for soaking! Plenty of extra blankets for cold days, as well as a tv and a cabinet full of books and boardgames. I would absolutely stay here again. “

„With the temperatures so cold, this property was the perfect place to stay in at. A cozy kitchen that we enjoyed visiting and cooking in, a cozy dining room for our delicious meal, and easy travel to visit local antique businesses and restaurants close by. “

„We enjoyed our stay at the Midwest modern home in Austin, MN. Communication with owner was quick and easy. We appreciated the extra towels we requested! Thank you. A couple of thoughts, though. We could only find a partial roll of TP … not enough for 2 people for 3 days. A grab bar in the shower would be a nice safety feature, as would a rail on the back step. Getting in and out with our luggage was tricky! “
