When we were booking this property the title of the listing was "Unity House South," the description did not mention "unit," and it popped up when we filtered our search by "house." I had to call a day before to confirm check in instructions as we have not received them 24 hours in advance as expected. A lovely lady figured it out for us and we got the check in info. She also said she was the one that cleans the property. When we arrived we expexted to stay ...

„House was as advertised and communication with the owner was easy. We liked the location of the house being on a quiet cove. If you would like to use the fire pit or sit on the dock, bring your own chairs. This was mentioned in the description, but we forgot.“

„My partner and our 5 kids stayed at the Captains Place for one night on our road trip to Alabama from Chicago. It was perfect for us! The house was incredibly clean and stocked with everything we needed and then some! My kids loved the loft area and we really enjoyed the outside area as well. It was close to food and entertainment.
