Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This stunning home, located in a quiet cul-de-sac, is fully renovated with 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms and has multiple dining and entertaining spaces. Large Pool on wide water in a quiet street. Central to beach, restaurants and theme parks. Kayaks and fire pit.

This beautifully renovated home is the perfect retreat for 1-2 families. Boasting 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it's ideally located in a cul-de-sac on a quiet waterfront canal in Benowa waters. With a huge pool and a great yard for the kids. The stunning master bedroom overlooks the waterfront and is the perfect retreat space with a brand-new walk-in wardrobe and an amazing ensuite that oozes relaxation vibes. Bedroom 2 is another king room with its own little ensuite and office desk and access to the front yard from the sliding door, Bedroom 3 has a queen bed whilst the 4th bedroom has two singles. There is a shared bathroom for the 3rd and 4th bedroom. The main living area is open plan with a brand new gourmet kitchen and the dining area with TV on the wall. Views to the water and an abundance of natural light filter in from the glass sliding doors which open out on the large wrap-around balcony with two spots to enjoy. The outdoor dining area near the BBQ and then a lovely seating area to watch the kids in the pool or enjoy an afternoon drink. There's a separate 2nd living area with a TV and another office desk for those who may need to do some work.

Benowa Waters is a great central suburb on the Gold Coast. It would be best to have a car, however, there is public transport a few minutes walk away. Bike, walk, scooter or by water also!

You will have access to the whole house except a couple of locked cupboards and a shed are locked off and no access is permitted. NO garage access. There is still room in the front driveway for three cars and free street parking also quiet neighbourhood in a quiet street.

"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"

- We have a rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Booking Guests must sign the rental agreement and stay at the property. If not staying please reach out for prior approval before booking and who will be responsible for the below terms and conditions.

- We also require a copy of your ID (front and back).

- We take an external charge hold bond of $2000 - All group stays will require a $5000 external bond

- Bookings less than 3 days prior we require a selfie with a credit card due to the high risk of fraud

- We do not take same-day bookings after 6 pm for same-day check-in. If you have booked after 6 pm to check in that night you must cancel within the next hr to receive a full refund as you will be blocking our forward calendar. If you do not cancel and leave the dates blocked no refund will be issued. Our Staff finishes at 6 pm. You need to reach out to Airbnb to get a full refund as they have your payment. - No schoolies

- Starting August 16, 2023, A $75 booking tax is levied per booking to cover guest and identity validation"

- All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.

- No loud noise/ no parties or events of any kind. - quiet hours from 9 pm otherwise eviction could occur. Please make sure to not be in the pool after 9 pm as a courtesy to the neighbours.

- No more than 6 adults. If you have booked for more than 8 adults please reach out to our team. If you have not responded to our requests and it is less than 30 days before your stay no refund will be given and your stay will be cancelled. STRICTLY FAMILY STAYS ONLY. GROUP STAYS NEED PRIOR APPROVAL. All guests joining must be 25 years old and above unless it is a family stay with small children. - Respect our neighbours

- We require all guests to inform us ahead of time at least 48hrs. For any special request e.g cot, high chair, baby gear etc, extra kids bed and which room. No last-minute requests can be accommodated without additional charges min 2 hrs $100 for cleaners to set up.

- Call out fee from our security $250 first call out. 2nd Call out $500 charge and immediate eviction. NEIGHBOUR COMPLAINTS/SECURITY CHARGES: Actions by guests that result in neighbour complaints or Security/ Police being called to the Property will result in forfeiting their bond ($2000) and an additional charge of $3,000 for the above charges for breaking house rules. Guests shall be liable for any costs incurred by Hosts as a result of the breach or damage to the property. If the security officer has concerns about the noise or activities taking place on the property, he has the owner’s consent to enter the property to inspect the property and make enquiries as he sees fit to ensure the property is being used as per the guest booking contract. If the security officer finds additional unauthorised guests on the property, then the owner/bnbbooking has the right to forfeit the entire bond and immediately evict Use of the Property and The Residential Neighbourhood. A charge of $5,000 will be incurred should any type of function, party or gathering be held in the property and the booking will be terminated immediately with no refund of tariff. Unfortunately, where damage has occurred, whether accidental or otherwise, the additional cleaning and/or replacement costs will be charged. We do not wish to offend our holiday guests, as most guests respect the properties in which they are holidaying, however, we need to advise every one of extra charges applicable in such circumstances.

- SMOKING: This is a non-smoking home. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $1000.00 Additional "Smoke Damage" Cleaning Fee to remove smoke odours from the house and/or linens.
No smoking on the property cigarette butts found will mean loss of bond.

- Listing must be left in a good cleanliness condition and furniture put back to its original position otherwise, an extra fee will apply.

- No Pets allowed at this property

- Bins must be put out for collection Day indicated on the Bin or fridge. (excess rubbish will incur a $88 charge)

- BBQ must be left clean additional cleaning may apply.

- Only guests who are staying are allowed unless prior arranged in writing. Charges for guests not authorised $100 per guest per night.

- Check-in from 3 pm and check-out at 10 am unless otherwise organised with prior written approval. Overstaying will be charged at $100 per hour while cleaners wait. If we don't have a back-to-back booking a half-day charge of $400 will give you a 2 pm checkout with 24hrs notice

- For NETFLIX, due to the new no-sharing restrictions. You will need to log into your own Netflix account. You will need to select travelling on your account.

We had a terrible experience. The property managers did a bond hold three times over a nine day stay, each time the first and second bond didn’t release. This meant we had over 6k Australian dollars on our credit card we could use for the time we were on holiday. The property manager was not helpful and often not available or didn’t reply to our messages. The house was nice but such a shame to have this massive restriction on our holiday.

My family of 5 (3 teenage girls) loved our stay here. The house looks just as great in person as the photos show. Clean and spacious for us all to have plenty of space. Nice and cute furnishings. Kitchen had plenty of stuff to make meals in. Girls enjoyed the pool. Definitely recommend!

What a great find!!!
We were all so happy with this house! Huge!!! Plenty of space of all 7 of us. It was exceptionally clean and kept in great condition. Plenty of TV's, Nice big pool which the kids absolutely loved with lots of fun toys to use in there too. Beautiful lake view and had some fun fishing in there too! A beautifully decorated home. Holly and Anne were easy to deal with and always responded if we had any queries. Location is great! Not far from broadbeach or surfers. Broadbeach is 10min. In saying that theres a little shopping center in Benowa around the corner with all your essentials! And a must go to fun restauran idumpling!! Robots and dumplings! Great food! We would definitely stay at this place again! Very pleased with all the kitchen utensils too! Everything we needed! And a coffee machine there too! Perfect 👌. Thank you Holly and Anne.
