„We loved the location, amenities, and layout of the home. Cookware and appliances were excellent and beds were comfy. Pool and jacuzzi were a bit difficult to operate but Darlene tried her best to help. Screened in porch and tropical plants around the exterior were beautiful. TVs in each room made sure that everyone could have downtime as needed. Thanks for the great stay “

„The property was very clean and quiet. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but I am very particular. I'm not a fan of the memory foam mattress. Overall we were very comfortable and enjoyed our time at the cottage. “

And there was a bag of trash left in the kitchen and not enough toilet paper. Other than those minuscule things, I highly recommend staying here. It was lovely. “

„My stay at 423 Pine was great! I had excellent communication with the host, and she was so friendly. It was just me and my pup for most of the week, and my parents joint us for the weekend. The cottage was the perfect size for us. Location is convenient to all SSI has to offer, and especially to where I needed to be that week. I highly recommend this property and will stay here again if my travels bring me to SSI in the future.“

We literally had to wash all of the dishes because even cups had dried coffee in the bottom and put up as clean. we were appalled at the biological stains on one of the mattresses when we stripped the bed at the end of our stay, good thing we didn’t know about it before.. the location was excellent, we had friends and family renting other nearby places, but our location was the favorite. „The house was PERFECT! The layout of the house afforded 2 families to stay here with lots of places to enjoy the beautiful ocean front views while also watching SEC football on Saturday. The outdoor living spaces were our favorite. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. I would recommend this house 10/10 times!!“
