„Our stay was amazing and the place had everything we needed. We enjoyed the beach and the pool. The property manager was amazing and helped us with anything we needed. Thank y’all for an amazing stay!“

„THE HOUSE WAS NICE BUT LACKED AMENITIES. THE WASHER AND DRYER DID NOT WORK WELL - IT TOOK 3-4 CYCLES TO DRY CLOTHES. THEY ONLY PROVIDED 10 TOWELS WHICH IS THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE THE HOME COULD SLEEP. THERE WERE NOT MANY COOKING ITEMS. OTHERWISE THE HOME WAS CLEAN AND WORKED FOR US.“

„The house was very comfortable. No extras....one roll of toilet paper, on roll of paper towels, no laundry detergent, no beach towels, no beach chairs. Was a little surprised by that.The master bed was the only comfortable one. Not the best layout for family with one of the rooms being downstairs under the house.The house was clean and great location!!“

„Great location! Just a few steps from the beach and the pool was great for days when the beach wasn't ideal. (Rip tide warnings and windy this particular week) We enjoyed the shops and restaurants and this area did not have all the spring break rowdy crowds....perfect for families. Our host, Laura, was a real sweetheart, taking a few minutes out of her busy day to just sit and talk with me. ( I was here on a Respite visit as a caregiver)“

„Yes, the house has some quirks. It's a bit wobbly but we all found it charming. John is SUPER communicative and welcoming. He was available during our stay for any questions or concerns. PROS:Super comfortable bedsAC works brilliantly plus there are ceiling fans and windows units if you need moreLocation is unbeatable. You can walk to all the restaurants and shops. TVs with many streaming services; you don't have to login with your own account. And Direct TV for love. The Rec room was a great ...

„Ca. 50 bis 100 Meter (über eine äußerst schwach befahrene Straße) zum schönen, sehr sauberen und wenig besuchten Sandstrand. Niedrige Wellen (keine Atlantik-Brecher). Meeresschildkröten-Gelege am Strand abgezäunt. Wohnung sauber, frisch und fröhlich gestrichen. Waschmaschine. Küche und Bad etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber beide OK.“

„The views are beautiful. The house was lacking a few things, like an icemaker and storage space for staples you would bring when staying at a home with a kitchen. Many of the lighting fixtures had burnt out bulbs. The TV was difficult to navigate and had no local channels. The dock is in desperate need of repair. With a little TLC this house would be perfect. The rental company did an excellent job at communication. “

„We have been coming to SGI for 30+ years but didn’t think we’d be able to come this year. We found out we could come a month before our stay. I reached out to the host to see if they’d allow our large dog and she responded affirmatively. Pictures showed a fenced yard with a nice tiled cool patio under the house. „This peaceful quiet space is within walking distance to the tap room and owls head restaurant. Shopping is nearby and hosts are available for any questions or needs. We enjoyed our stay and will be back. “

„2 issues arose. 1) we could not get into the property as the wrong key was left in the box . We finally got the manager to get us where the back up key was took additional45 minutes 2) the internet was almost non existent. We could not watch any tv programs or movies. Laptopsandand iPads “

„This location was excellent, the beach was right across the street and a short walk over the dune boardwalk. The cottage was clean and bright. The kitchen was well supplied. The downtown area was just a 20 minute walk. The area was very quiet, not much traffic at all.“

„The property was as described on VRBO. The host responded quickly to a small maintenance matter. The house was clean and well appointed with extras such as garbage bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, Kleenex and chocolate! The linens and towels were good quality. We enjoyed our 2 week stay very much. “
