„This is a gorgeous new home that’s perfect for a family and friends vacation. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat all our meals at the house. The game room was super fun and well laid out. Instructions for check in/out were detailed and easy to follow. The hosts were quickly responsive to a service request on Saturday afternoon.We would definitely come back for another week!“

„Our tennis team rented Janie’s Place for a tournament at MTC in Brandermill. It was a 30 min drive to Midlothian, but it was an easy drive. Our host was awesome, very communicative and helpful with finding local interests. We arrived to find a delicious pie waiting for us, which we decimated . A nice, big backyard, quiet street and lovely sun decks allowed us some relaxation between our matches. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean and functional. We would definitely return. “

„We rented this house for a trip with three different families. With six adults and 4 kids, we had plenty of room and lots to keep everyone busy and happy. The house is well stocked with everything we could need and the owner was very communicative throughout our entire stay. The location was also great, right on the water but with lots of privacy. It would be really fun in the summertime. I highly recommend!“

„Carolina Cove has everything you could possibly want for the perfect Lake Anna stay. Kayaks, a beautiful lake view, fire pit, well-stocked kitchen and plenty of space for a large group to gather and socialize. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The Vacasa representative was responsive. I have stayed in lots of short term rentals at Lake Anna over the years and this was by far my favorite one! I hope to be able to return again in the future.“
