„The parking was easy and the hotel is in a lovely position surrounded by blue sea. We were warmly welcomed with complimentary bottles of water and a welcome rum punch or beer. We were also given an upgrade to a front facing room which was much appreciated. The super king sized bed was really comfortable. „As per email exchange with Hotels.com, we are trying to obtain a refund for this booking as, on arrival at the hotel, the gate was chained closed. We had kept trying to phone to confirm our ETA but the telephone number was unobtainable. The hotel did not attempt to contact us. We were very disappointed as the remote location really appealed to us.“

„The property is awesome, not crowded. Access to the beach isnt perfect, you need a pass to exit n enter through the gate (for safety reasons) but that can also be a deternt as you have to find someone to give you the pass. Othewise, its a public beach so you could just leave the property and walk to the beach. „Das Hotel ist eine Massenabfertigung mit Schwerpunkt US. Das Essen ist okay, aber nichts Besonderes. Der Strand ist winzig, die Poolanlage sehr groß. Zum Flughafen braucht man ca. 15 Minuten. Wer nur hier Urlaub macht, sieht nichts von der ansonsten fantastischen Insel.“

„Wer einen niveaulosen all-inklusive Pool Party Urlaub möchte ist hier richtig. Für Entspannung allerdings komplett das falsche Hotel. Der Strand ist quasi nicht existent und wird nicht sonderlich sauber gehalten. “

„Personal super freundlich, zu jeder Zeit hilfsbereit und immer ein Lächeln für den Gast parat. Zimmer absolut sauber und mehrmals täglich gepflegt, z.B. beim abendlichen Zimmerservice frische Handtücher etc. Die Preise für Extras sind allerdings sehr hoch. Ein Abendessen a la carte kostet für 2 locker 170-250 US-Dollar Auch die hauseigene Boutique verlangt extreme Preise, z. B. Sonnencreme 25 US-Dollar oder Rasierschaum 12 US-Dollar! „I booked a destination for my 21 year old daughter birthday and she had aworry free amazing time. The host setup everything my daughter wanted to do flawlessly! "We had the honor to stay at Windfall Villas for our Honeymoon and it was the best decision we could’ve made. From the clean nice thoughtful well equipped house to the beautiful outdoor & Pool area there is nothing more you could ask for!! We were amazed by the huge wonderful garden with lots of flowers & plants that you can all fully enjoy to yourself we really felt like we landed right into Jamaican Paradise! Special thanks to Mel and Marsha who made us feel so welcome and help us out with every little detail and showed us around , places & trips that we will never forget. Thank you for making our visit to one of the most beautiful times we’ve ever had. Looking forward to come back to this paradise one day! "
