„Was what I expected. People were great to work with and it was very easy process. The room was very clean. Property is a bit older, but has nice parking. It was a bit out of the way for my purposes, but it is close to the art district, so if that is your thing this place maybe ideal. Also, Rockport isn’t that big, so not necessarily a big deal. “

„This unit needs to invest in new kitchen pots and pans, cookie sheets. All the equipment are so old and scratched up or rusty. The sheets on the pull out couch were dirty from the previous renters. The towel bar the in guest bathroom didn’t have any towel on it when we checked in so I went to hang one on it and it fell off the wall. “

„Would absolutely stay here again. Great view and amenities! The condo was clean and well appointed with comfortable beds and seating for everyone! With family living nearby we always need more space. Thank you for making this a wonderful experience. “

„We really enjoyed our stay! Very cute, clean canal front townhome. It was a well-maintained quiet property. We visited 2 of the 3 pools and they were nice and clean. Other guests or owners were quiet and courteous. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. The downstairs shower handle was tricky to figure out but the property manager responded quickly and even stopped by to help us figure it out! The kitchen is nice and has most items needed for a simple meal. A larger cutting board, foil ...

„Condo is very nice with a great view and close to eateries. The only issue is we reported a problem with WiFi and TV on Sunday upon our arrival and Monday as a follow up. The issue was not resolved until Tuesday morning when the cable repair company came. There was nothing we could have done to fix the problem ourselves and this was not reported to the cable company until Monday late afternoon. Otherwise we had a very pleasant stay. The WiFi issue prevented us from rating this with a 5. “

„This place was so cute and very private. We really enjoyed how secluded it was and the views of the water. It had all the amenities we needed including a washer and dryer which was nice. The bed was a bit uncomfortable but we managed. It was easy for us to take our disabled dog outside since it was a first floor condo.“

„There was too much "owner" stuff around including family portraits. Lighting in the living room area needs help. It was difficult to read. Kitchen had a lot of food and seasoning items in the cabinets. There was little place to put our food. It needs a good cleaning out. “

„What an amazing condo this is! So comfortable. Felt like home as soon as we got settled in. (Pretty much right away!) Everything we would need was available to us there. The beds were comfortable. AND! The view was absolutely incredible!!! We spent lots of time on the balcony, whether in the morning with coffee, or evening with a cocktail. The pool was an added perk. Had no idea I would use it as much as I did. The pier was great also. Excellent property and area! “
