Take advantage of the stunning sunroom with comfortable furniture, looking out into the woods, a perfect place to read a book or enjoy a morning cup of coffee while you watch for deer and other wild life.
On the second floor, you'll find a cozy loft with a comfortable couch and a smart TV for your entertainment. A bedroom that is furnished with a plush king-sized bed, complete with memory foam mattresses and comfortable pillows, and its own AC unit to ensure a comfortable night's sleep. Additionally, there's a bonus bedroom with a Futon that can be converted into a single sleeping spot, perfect for kids. For larger groups, guests can bring their own small air mattress for added sleeping space. A beautifully appointed bathroom completes this level.
Located on the ground floor, the basement features one of the four bedrooms, equipped with a TV area and gaming area complete with air hockey and arcade machines. For your convenience, there's also a washer and dryer on this level.
The outdoor area of this property is a true oasis, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the fresh air. The walk-out deck is a wonderful spot to take in the surroundings and features comfortable lounge chairs, a picnic table, a hammock, and an egg hanging chair. Additionally, a gas grill is available for those who enjoy outdoor cooking.
For ultimate relaxation, there is a six-person hot tub located under the sunroom, allowing guests to enjoy it no matter the weather. Snow-tubing/sledding hills: When the snow hits the Poconos, grab some sleds and/or tubes and head over to our snow-tubing/sledding hills.
Beaches: Big Bass Lake Beach and Larsen Lake Beach offer a perfect spot to soak up the sun and take a refreshing dip in the lake. Both beaches include roped-in swimming areas with lifeguards, picnic areas with beverage vending, playgrounds, marinas, and bathhouses.
Big Bass Lake Clubhouse: Enjoy the outdoor pool and splash pad, snack bar, and activities room. Amenities outside include a full basketball court, four tennis courts, four pickleball courts, a new tot lot, and a volleyball area.
ELM Park: A natural wooded area that can be used as a picnic area, hiking area, rest area, or just an area for members and guests to enjoy nature.

Daily pass: weekday $8 / weekend or holiday $10 (per day/per person)
Week pass (non-holiday) $30 / Holiday week $50 (per week/per person)
Passes are available for purchase at the Clubhouse, Recreation Center or the Association Office.

Other Things to Note:
We are located in a 24-hour gated community which requires you to fill out a guest registration form for security purposes. Guest registration form will include full names (INCLUDING CHILDERN) and ages of each guest as well as vehicle information for each vehicle entering the community. Names on submitted forms MUST match the legal ID of the person driving.
Any last-minute bookings within 3 days of check in may be subject to a $50 late fee from the community.
THE COMMUNITY WILL CHECK EACH VEHICLE FOR EACH PERSON REGSITERED ANY GUESTS NOT REGISTERED ON THE FORM WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER AND CAN BE ISSUED A $500 FINE THAT YOU WILL BE RESPOSIBLE FOR. AND YES THIS INCLUDES ALL CHILDERN. NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE THE DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL. AGAIN WE NEED TO BE CRYSTAL CLEAR IF YOU ARRIVE TO THE GATE WITH UNREGISTERED PASSENGERS THEY WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO ENTER UNTIL THOSE PASSENGERS ARE REMOVED.

Please be advised that we provide a starter pack of household essentials like;
paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish detergent, and if the house is equipped with a dishwasher, washer and dryer there's cleaning agents for those as well. We highly encourage to please bring your own supply if you are staying for more than a weekend and/or you are traveling with a large party. Once the complimentary essentials are done, guests are responsible to supply their own.
The house is equipped with cooking ware such as pots pans, plates, utensils baking dishes etc. Personal grocery items such as seasoning, flour, sugar etc. are at the responsibility of the guests.
Q. Can you check in early or check out late?
A. We won't know if this is possible until the day before check in. The reason is if we have a guest leaving the day you are arriving our team needs enough time to ensure the house is ready for your arrival. In the event they finish early we can let you in earlier. For a late check out, it will depend on if we have a booking arriving that day. One way to ensure you getting either of these options is to book the day before or the day after your desired stay . This way if you want to book Friday-Sunday but you want to arrive at 9am on Friday, if you book Thursday the house will be available for you any time after check in time on Thursday.
