„We had a great time staying at Shady Oak! House was very nice and had everything you needed. From gas grill, all kitchen utensils and cookware. Washing machine and dryer were a big plus after being on the lake all day. Easy contacting host with a little issue with the front gate, but she answered immediately and was able to resolve the issue within minutes. Overall great experience and excellent service from host!“

„My husband and son are coaches for a travel ball team from Austin and we followed them up for a mini vacation. We were 15 minutes from the Rocker B location where the boys played! The area is beautiful, the house was amazing and laid out so very well for our "double family" to stay in. The outside area was amazing and we the host was so very accommodating for our stay. Thank you for making our weekend a good one.“

„Family from Houston and Family from Amarillo all gathered for my (Mike) 70 th birthday a week early ( Feb 2nd actual bday) pleasantly surprised at how nice and roomy it was. Plenty of sleeping spaces and all enjoyed the table tennis and shuffle board games. Yeh only downfall was the hot tub wouldn’t heat but we managed to live without it. House was central to the places we ate ( Mary’s in Strawn, Hemmingways at the lake and a restaurant in a gated community) We give it A all day long. “
