„we rented the entire house, so 2bath, 3 bedrooms. Positives: plenty of kitchen items between both units. Negatives: front bedroom really noisy with street cars and garbage pu, house very dirty, kitchen floor not mopped as I spilt water drops from cooler unloading and wiped with paper towel and came up dirty. No broom to sweep up crumbs, also why SO MANY dead flies when maid was just there? I picked up (with paper towel) 12 dead flies on floor and they kept appearing , Bathroom set up on front ...

„We did a girls getaway for the weekend. The house was nicely updated with everything you need. Nicely stocked coffee bar. The beds were very comfortable and the whole house was very clean. While this is not walking distance to the main Grafton area, it just a few minute drive away. Highly recommend and plan on returning.“
