This is an older motel that has been around for a while, but the property has been well maintained and the room was exceptionally clean. I sought out the property for the pool and hot tub and they are a nice amenity, also older but well maintained. Ideal for a no-frills stay.

I had listen To the person staying above my room walk back-and-forth all night long. Kept me up all night long and I had to get up early, but I was offered earplugs. I didn’t stop till 12 midnight and started right back up early in the morning.

The front desk was very nice, we were here for my daughter’s graduation from NAU. We checked the beds and they appeared to have something black on the cover that scrape off so we checked the sheets there were some crumbs on them. The housekeepers we nice about changing the sheets on both beds. We enjoyed our stay.
