Although this apartment is located in a tranquil residential neighborhood, this apartment offers convenient access to several renowned bars such as Charles, El Rocco, the Bun, and more, all within walking distance. Additionally, you'll find a variety of restaurants nearby, including the famous Red Peppers just a few blocks away. Other amenities like gas stations are also easily accessible. The welcoming atmosphere of the Bungalow will make you feel right at home.

During your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out to your host if you have any questions or concerns. Before you depart, we kindly request that you turn off all lights and clean any dishes you may have used. Please avoid leaving any leftover food on plates or in the refrigerator; dispose of it in the garbage.
As for the bed sheets and dirty towels, please remove only the bedsheets and place them along with the towels in the provided trash bag (located under the kitchen counter).
Furthermore, the light switch for the outside area is located inside the house by the main entrance. Please ensure that the switch remains turned on at all times. It is on a timer and will automatically illuminate after sundown and turn off after sunrise.
Please also be mindful of the lower ceiling when entering the upstairs bedroom area. The house features 1.5 bathrooms, with a full bathroom on the first floor and a half bathroom in the basement.
