Perched on a wooded dune overlooking the shores of Lake Michigan this 4 bedroom 1 bath cottage was designed to provide a cozy retreat to enjoy after a day enjoying the sandy shoreline at Grand Haven State Park. Relax on the private deck while enjoying the sunset or your morning coffee or cozy up in the 3 season room and catch up on your favorite book while enjoying the view. 2 floors of living space provide plenty of room for everyone to retreat and rest up for another day of exploring this coastal town.

INSIDE
This home features four bedrooms and one full bathroom. The kitchen opens to a seperate dining area and spacious living room which opens to a lake facing sunny 3 season room.
4 bedrooms can be found on the upper level - each with a queen bed sleeping 8 total. All linens are provided. A full bath can be located on the main floor.

OUTSIDE
Attached deck is equipped with a gas grill

PARKING
There is space for four (4) vehicles in front of the home.

THE LOCATION
Grand Haven State Park is just a short walk away and the downtown district is one mile away featuring a variety of great restaurants, coffee shops, breweries , and boutique shopping. -100% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.
