The primary residence has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with an attached garage and a full kitchen stocked with culinary basics. Please note that there is an outside wooden structure in the backyard that has a queen bed in it. We do not advertise the shed house as it needs some reconstruction at this time. Guests are welcome to utilize it. Bedding for the bed in the wooden structure is kept in the main house bedroom closet on the first floor. This structure IS NOT HEATED. Please be aware that our rural property is home to a variety of wildlife, and encounters with wildlife may occur.

Guest will have access to the house, pond, and everything within 100” of our 25-acre property line. Guests will not have access to the large, detached garage on site.

Quiet hours are weekdays, 10:00PM - 8:00AM, and weekends, 11:00PM - 8:00AM.

No fires outside of the permitted fire pit/ring

Guests will need to bring their own charcoal to utilize the grill.

If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building.

Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250.

Parties are strictly prohibited without prior approval. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $500.
