In the heart of Grand Rapids sits the historic, quaint Alten City Cottage. Renovated, rich w/amenities, & centrally located blocks from several Iconic shopping & eating corridors: Eastown, Fulton Heights, & 1.5 miles to Downtown. I love the open floor plan, clean design, tall ceilings, cozy bedroom, & front yard.
All the comforts of home w/a fully stocked kitchen & hotel-like amenities. Mathias Alten, the world-known GR painter, built the "honeymoon cottage" for his daughters. Pets allowed.
