I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the Baymont by Wyndham Grand Rapids Near Downtown, located at 255 28th St SW, Grand Rapids, Michigan. My confirmation number for this reservation is 88394EE026661.
Upon arrival, I was disheartened to find that the condition of the property was far below the standards advertised online. Specifically:
Sofa Bed Condition: The sofa bed in our room was dirty and lacked necessary bedding, making it unusable.
Insufficient Linens: For a party of five guests, the room was equipped with only two towels and no washcloths, leading to significant inconvenience.
Bathroom Cleanliness: The bathroom was extremely dirty, raising concerns about the overall hygiene and maintenance of the facility.
These issues not only caused discomfort but also made our stay highly unpleasant. I chose this property based on the positive portrayal online, but the reality did not align with those representations.
I kindly request a thorough review of these concerns and appropriate measures to address them. Additionally, I believe a refund or compensation is warranted due to the substandard conditions experienced.
