„We booked the cabin so our family could attend my grandson's college graduation and after 4 years of college, its probably our last trip. It was definitely a savings over booking enough hotel rooms and eating out every meal. Property manager was great and responded quickly to questions. „My wife and I met my Mom, Sister, and Brother-in-law for Christmas. The house had a Christmas Tree which was a nice touch. It's close to everything in Grand Rivers. A few dining and shopping options. Not far from Paducah if you are looking for something bigger. Quiet place at the end of cul-de-sac.“

„The owner was super helpful from the very beginning and continued to be through the stay. The house was so spacious and has a lot of open space for a large family or group. We had 10 people and there was more than enough room to do games together but also spread out when we needed space. I highly recommend this place, location and owner!“

„Our stay was just perfect. We spent Thanksgiving week there and had everything needed to prepare a nice meal and relax around a fire. The beds were so comfortable and the views were 10/10. We will definitely book here again. “

„We only had one little oops during our weekend stay. The TV in the main living room didn’t work. We called the manger but he didn’t know how to fix it. There was another TV upstairs so we all moved up there but there was no bathroom up there. It was a little hard for two of us to go up and down the stairs. Other than that small inconvenience the property was perfect. Very Clean. “

„I staid with family and 2 infant grandchildren. We had the entire second floor of an historic building in Paducah. My son, daughter in law and grandkids stayed in the master and I took the second bedroom. The TV room has a large modular sofa that was great for hanging out. There was also an LP record player and a collection of vinyl records we enjoyed. Kitchen had 6 chairs and was well equipped. We plan to be back. “

„My husband and I went here for a quick anniversary trip. It was a great place to relax and get away. We enjoyed it very much!“

„The view was amazing! Loved having 2 master suites. Screened deck allowed for bug free outdoor enjoyment! Lift was smooth and eliminated most of the stairs to the dock :) Took advantage of the included golf cart. Had a great evening around the fire pit making hot dogs and smores.
