I usually never have an issue here but this time was different… when we showed up it took us 25-30 mins for the front desk person to be off the phone and acknowledge us for checkin! Usually check in takes us about 5 minutes and i understand the front counter person was on the phone but at some point it would’ve been nice for her to quickly put the person on hold and quickly check us in as it was already 9:30pm on a Crappy snowy night!! And then when she was finally off the phone she asked us if we needed an accessible room because Expedia had us in a 1 Bed King that was handicap accessible and we said no if you have something else king we’d gladly switch so if someone needed the accessible room they could have it!! She then told us she had another room with a jacuzzi tub and I said that’s fine but I’d rather pay extra as it wasn’t my mistake that the room was accessible, she proceeded to tell me it would be a little extra which I would’ve been fine paying for… well this is where is gets funny she tells me it’ll be more then the little extra… She couldn’t explain why it went up so much so she then told us she would put us back in the room we originally booked!! We finally get to our room around 9:55 only to realize we didn’t get the 1 bed king room we paid for she ended up putting us in a 2 bed queen room… at this point I was so tired, stressed and hungry that I just wanted to eat and go to sleep, so we slept and checked out early in the morning! Almost felt ripped off…
