„The place was great and clean. Exactly as described in photos. The bathroom looked freshly remodeled and looked very clean and nicely done. However, when we arrived, the smoke detector was going off, and we had to reset it. „Spent 3 days in St Charles. This was our second visit to St. Charles, just a different season. An ice sculpture event was taking place on our first day. We loved the location. So close to everything we wanted to do. Able to walk everywhere. The condo was perfect for us. The 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, gave us the privacy we needed. The open living room, kitchen area was very nice. The hosts were great to work with. Communication was quick and helpful. I would definitely rent this unit again. “

„My boyfriend and I loved our stay this past weekend. While the weather kept us from walking around more, the house is in the Hill Neighborhood and conveniently located by Tower Grove Park and Forest Park. There a tons of places to eat, parking is free and right outside the property, and the house is well maintained, clean, and spacious for two. We plan on returning and reserving this same spot! „The hotel and it‘s employees were great and the location was fantastic. The only thing that was disturbing was that you could hear everything outside. The view of the Arch from the room was unbeatable, but there is a highway running between the hotel and the Arch. You can hear the vehicles driving by and some were extremely loud over others, especially the muscle cars.“

Except Valet parking service personnel, which was really friendly and helpful it was opposite with the personnel at the reception which was looking annoyed by any question or even at the check in. The highlight is the pool at the roof but the same story here. It has seen better times."
