Bring your boat and launch it from the dam, a short walk or drive down the road. For a day use fee the Marina has day passes for the pool and waterpark (busy times excluded)
Perhaps you prefer to just sit on the front porch, turn the fans on and watch the deer roam the neighborhood. Of course, you can catch a view of the lake which sits across the street. Walk the property and enjoy the beauty the area offers. In the same neighborhood is the Marina/campground (no unregistered guests strict limit of 6). Walk the back road of the loop and a short walk or drive is The Mimosa Grill. The food is great and people love the shrimp we buy at the coast. As a bonus, beer, wine and Mimosas are available. If you're prefer to grab a bite at home, head on back to the large deck attached to the rear of the home. You'll notice the gas grill is attached to a large tank so you don't run out of gas in the middle of a meal. We also installed a bright light at the grill for those cooking at night. Enjoy the outside accent lighting.
The inside of the home is neat, clean and openly inviting. From the 3 roomy bedrooms with generous closet space, to the two king bedrooms (out of 3) that have work stations.
All the counters are granite, floors are laminate and shower/tub are tiled. There is ample lighting and accent lighting in the kitchen area. You have your own laundry room with washer and dryer. You won't feel crowded in this home that sleeps up to 6 people.
