„A couple friends and I booked this property while in town for one night for a show in Deep Ellum. The space was perfect for a quick visit and super convenient to the venue. Beds were comfy, everything was really clean, and it was nice having multiple areas we could get ready at the same time. I would book here again if I find myself in Dallas again.“

„Clean and comfortable. Soft beds and great sleep. Appreciate finding a reasonably priced 3 bed with 3 bath. Kitchen provided everything we needed to make breakfasts, lunch, and a dinner. So convenient to have laundry machines available in unit. Building has great character. Parking is tight.“

„The Good: Clean and neat property. The Bad: The property had 3 gate codes to get in and I had to message 3 times to obtain. There were no coffee pods for the coffee maker and a few tea bags, but some had been opened. The dish washer was full… Finally, with a hefty service fee, I was asked to carry the trash to a dumpster on the other side of a fence. This all left a bad taste for the whole experience.“

„This property host never communicated with us and left us stranded without a place to stay when we arrived in Dallas. VRBO refunded our deposit but finding a hotel was challenging and we had to pay three times as much. VRBO said they will only refund us a portion of what we paid to find another place on the day we arrived to check into this property. Do not book here!“

„Communication was great, but the cleanliness of the place was bad with minor damage to the walls, floor and some of the handles. The shower curtain fell at midnight and while we were showering. There was a lot of animal hair and my socks were black on the bottom so I don’t get why they charge a cleaning fee when it’s very dirty. The stairs felt unsafe and are cracking. The neighbors dogs are super loud too. Overall a great location, but not really worth it IMO“

„Very nice location. Very clean and nicely decorated. It has all the amenities of home. The property manager was very timely and responsive. They checked in often and addressed any concerns we had. The only negative during our stay, which was beyond their control was the road construction that affected parking. Highly recommend “

„It is walking distance from any bar on Knox/Henderson, making it very easy to see the town. It is right outside of Highland Park, the safest and most beautiful place in Dallas. The apartment was perfect for our short stay, and even though it was old feeling, it was still very nice and kept up to date. “

„Beautiful property, well maintained. We met there as a business team and had plenty of space to work. Kitchen was well-equipped (best I have seen). Everything was clean and tidy.The only negatives were the two king beds in the master suites. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and the topper made it worse. The contract you are required to sign is extremely tight and wouldn't allow us to have a couple of other business associates over to meet.A great place for a big family gathering.“
